Good Question.. A lot of us are born to openness and are able to communicate in any circumstance that requires us to be more expressive and more of being ourselves but other not.However, you should know that this is a skill,and only requires you to practice. I have help some of my fellow colleges with the same problem and this what i used to say to them..
Do's
> If your want to talk to someone about something, know what you have to say before you say it. Tip : Be prepare and content in the topic or matter before approaching someone.
> Give a smile and remain compose while talking.
> Make the conversation comforting as possible...Eg; take question,make jokes but dont get out of track..
Dont's
> Dont be nervous
> Dont Talk too much
> Dont rush
> Eye contact is important but dont stare too much into the eyes...(Even if you're talking to someone whose got beautiful eyes)

What is the most effective way to communicate with your team?

All of the methods of communication are good actually buts since sfi is international company that attracts thousands of affiliates around the world I would prefer you stick with written communication.. Email, messenger, psa and csa mailer.. .etc...The reason why i say this is because I know you don't know alot of languages around world and I can tell you, i ussaully face the same problem myself but however heres what i do. I ussuall, write something in english first and then using google translate, I translate it to whatever language I want to use to talk to my affiliates depending the language information provide at their profile.

Should I or shouldn't I participate in the SFI PPA program?

Hi Sanja,
It is just a supplementary income suggestant so it is really up to you if you're will to participate or not. But my personally view as a bronze team leader i see that as PTL or DTL or even GTL option because right now at this point as a bronze team leader i want to focus on building my team and making each affiliate i can get become active. And for like just max of $10 IF they become ACTIVE is just a gamble. I rather have this PSA in my team then have the one day $10.

How can you determine what TripleClicks product(s) a person might be interested in?

Hi,
I would suggest you doing a market research on whatever products triple clicks has to ofer tothe potential market you have.Seek what products they like. Ask people around or visit shop owners and ask about products customers buy more often or do questioniares and evaluate your information. Or even write iformation about selected products and advertise. Everybody wants sometime and not everyone want the same thing.

To be honest its all a matter of good judgment of what,when,where,why to bid and when not to bid when it comes to winning at Pricebenders auction or any other auction for that matter.Being Patience ,optimistic and persistence can help but theres this little chance of winning and big chance of loosing.SO BE PREPARED!!
MY Tip: Before you answer the question how?,you must first answer other questions such why?where?when..ect regarding auctions because it will help you in winning at auction one way or other and also i doing so it will save you time,money and resources..

Which is better to pursue...CSAs or PSAs?

I think both deserve same amount everything you have to offer. Like PSA,you can earn from you csa as well and your success is tied to their success as well. But failing to qualify/maintaining your EA status will result in forfeit of the csa as a co-sponsor. But dont worry about the psa because if didnt maintain your status a EA you will still have your psa will you
