How do you explain to team members why VersaPoints appear to reset to zero at the start of each month?

Hi Bimidele,
Simply put, the monthly points earned reset to zero to put everyone on the same level plane for earning THIS MONTH. You earn every month to maintain your status. You aren't losing points until after 6 months, they are in your Total VP, but, the monthly VP are what resets to zero.

To answer simply, the reasons for most, like myself, would be:
A: A well organized business, operating for 17+ years
B: Proven, free training that has been used and tweaked to be the best in the business
C: Some of the greatest minds in the business that can provide explanations and guidance
D: A track record of success, having paid commissions every year without building debt
E: Worldwide appeal, with affiliates and ECA's in so many countries. And finally
F: A community of real people to communicate with to help you succeed

How can a disabled person with no marketing skills build a successful business with SFI?

Hello Theodore,
Many might suggest that a disability is a hindrance, I believe it is a motivator.
I, too, have a physical disability which limits my mobility, yet I have built, in 8 months, this business to BTL status without any marketing skills, only the SFI training, following the guidelines provided here, and applying myself as best possible. I don't consider myself successful yet, as I haven't had a single signup or sale, but I keep trying, advertising, whatever I can do to put the SFI possibilities out there. Sooner or later, it will happen.
Don't allow anyone to tell you that, because you are disabled, you can't do it. I do it every day. My body may be limited, but my mind functions and I can still learn those things that will help me succeed, and so can you. If you need help you can usually lean on friends and family to get your local advertising out.
Hopefully, this inspires you to push even harder to succeed, it did for me.

How can I motivate and inspire my team using my SFI Leadership Page?

Your leadership page is more than just a blog.
You can use it to post congratulatory messages, show your achievements and those of your downline, set up contests and rewards, etc.
You can have your downline review your page regularly and comment on the content. Use it to share between affiliates as well as between you and them.
So you can see, Izabella, there are a number of ways to use your leadership page, many more than I've listed. Choose for yourself what you do, but check what you can and can't do in the SFI rules.

Why wouldn't you promote Pricebenders?
The products, the prices you could "steal" these items for, the fun you could have trying to outwit fellow bidders, and much more.
This doesn't even take into account the VP and MRP being earned om each bid, which works for building status toward team leadership.
The benefits from Pricebenders can be huge, if you are bidding.

Good question, Alvin.
The number of affiliates you sponsor monthly to be successful only matters if they are active. You could responsible for 1000 signups, but if you only get 10 active, do you consider that successful?
SFI tells us that 5 active affiliates monthly, with duplication, will provide you with sustainable income. This is the way to proceed. Remember, "Slow and steady wins the race".
I have a Fast-Track lapel pin. How best to use it to attract sign-ups into SFI?

Wear your pin whenever you are out and about. Let people see it and ask about it. Explain how you got it and what they should do (check out the site) and get their own, if they want. If you have your WAV3 cards, hand them out to those asking about the pin. It may help more than you expected.

Good question, but I believe you mean recruit rather than pursue. (Pursue sounds like you are stalking them)
These people are affiliates who will be working with us to succeed. They need to be taught just as we were, or better. In that respect, it is best to determine which works best for your business model. Both are vital in different ways and neither should be considered "better". Find a happy medium in how you choose to balance your plans.
