First, the good side to this business, for people who are not good in direct communication, is that their potential collaborators and clients do not need to talk face to face, because the whole business is conducted over the internet. Of course, if you want, you can let your friends and acquaintances to explain what it means to work for SFI in a very simple way. Simply tell them what you are doing on a daily basis and how much you enjoy working, exercising daily, weekly and monthly tasks, playing games, and how much satisfaction when you and your team progress. I'm sure you will find them so interesting for you to join. You can tell them what the benefits of this work in relation to common tasks (do not have fixed working hours, do not go outside your home, you do not have bosses, unlimited earnings potential) and to present them the benefits of buying through Tripleclicks.

How can I promote Eager Zebra games to non-SFI affiliates? How do I get them interested?

Very interesting question! You have few ways for it.
I guess, you have Facebook profile or page. Also, probable you have profile on twitter. Than, you can put link for Eager Zebra games there. Write something very interesting about Eager Zebra games below link.
If you have success in Eager Zebra games, put information about your wins. It is most important. Peoples must see that it is not joke, and that playing games can make money.
And, on the end, you can make web page (blog) when you can put links for Eager Zebra games, explanations for every game and your experience.

What's the biggest turn-off that I should avoid talking about to prospects for SFI?

I’m not sure what you exactly talking about, but if you think, what's the biggest turn-off that I should avoid talking about to prospects for SFI when you talk with your affiliate or you potential affiliate, my opinion is that you must be positive. You must avoid words like failure, unknown, giving up…etc.
You must encourage them. Talk about your experience, explain them all and answer on any question. Success of your affiliate is your success!
How can I use a PSA's Affiliate Profile to help him or her get off to a good start and become successful in SFI?

When you go to MOVERS Tab at your Affiliate profile, you can see ever your Affiliate and some information about them. First, you can see who is active, and how going work of him or her. For ever Affiliate in this tab you have two link. First is to Affiliate profile, and other is for his, or her VP Ledger. If you click on link to VP Ledger, you will see what they das or not. How much VP they need for status in this month.
When you have information about work of them, you can make contact with him or her from Affiliate profile. You have tree solution for it : Team Message, e-mail, and chat. So you have to choice one and say them all about job, about his or her work, what they need to do and what can expect.
Your work like sponsor is it also. I check my Affiliate on this way every day. Good team work is the best way to success.

How can I provide positive but CONSTRUCTIVE criticism in my emails to my downline?

It really can be problem. You got to know your co-workers that could directly tell them what is not good work. In your e-mail to yours downline try to be patient and understanding. Commended their work, and then try to subtly tell them where they make mistakes in the work. For example, "I am very happy that I have co-workers like you. I want to be among the most successful teams in the SFI, because I think we should pay more attention to the following ...".
