The Best way to use the Wave3 X-cards is to make sure you take them with you everywhere you go. Hand them out to friends,family,the cashier at your grocery store, etc. Also "Forget" them in places. If you ride the bus leave them on your seat, leave them on the table in the waiting room of your doctors office, leave them with your tip at a Restaurant,etc.
The More you hand out the bigger chance you have of having someone sign up. Also have your Wave3 decal on your car and leave plenty of cards in your car so when people ask you about the sign on your car you can give them a card.

When you initiate an online chat with a new PSA, what should you discuss?

There are many things to discuss when you are chatting online with a PSA. You can ask them how they are coming along and if they need any help with anything. You can ask them what are they trying to accomplish in SFI and what are their goals. Then you can offer them tips on how they can accomplish those goals.
But most importantly be a friend to them. Let them know that if they ever need help you are there for them and give them your personal e-mail address or your phone number so they can see that you are really there to help them and that you care. Also if you notice they aren't logging in everyday or if they aren't getting there 1500 every month remind them how important those things are and also offer tips on how they can accomplish those things.

Why should I remain focused on my SFI business when there are other companies offering me allegedly similar opportunities?

Well, in my opinion and from my experiences with SFI no other program can compare. SFI offers many different ways to make money instead of just one. It lets you focus on your strong points instead of making you own use one technique.
also SFI is totally and completely free! A lot of other online businesses are not free. Or they say they are but you are given a monthly fee or you have to pay for better resources. SFI doesn't have any schemes or gimmicks. They give you all the resources you need all for free. You cant beat it!
so i think investing your time in SFI is very smart. Its free and you have a huge support team! Every corner you turn is a person there trying to help you and give you advice on being successful. I dont feel alone i feel i am on a team and that's a great feeling! You cant find that anywhere else.

Should I encourage or discourage my PSAs who want to become Team Leaders right away?

You should always encourage your PSAs to go above and beyond. When they go on to team leader that helps you out as well as them. If you think they have the determination to really try hard and become team leader than encourage them. There is nothing wrong with going beyond what's required and they will be happy when they see the perks that come out of it.
