Affiliates should have excellent interpersonal skills. They must have a genuine interest in people, so that their need to socialize and communicate with others would open the avenue for marketing SFI and Tripleclicks. They will feel more confident in approaching a prospect so that if they are quickly rejected they will not loose their motivation.

They must speak in a language or use dialect that the person understands, and be able to understand body language a bit so that they can pick up on cues hence avoiding uncomfortable situations. Being tactful would be a great asset.

Good IT skills is another asset they should have. You should direct them to the Internet Income course so that they learn techniques and strategies of doing online marketing. The use of social media for marketing is another skill you can teach them.

The best way to train your PSAs and CSAs is to lead by example. Follow SFI Rules of Success, apply them to your business, then teach your downline to duplicate what you have done. Earn as many badges as can and this will demonstrate to them that what you are doing works. Hence training them would be very fruitful since they know that you are successful in your SFI business and as a result they will be motivated to build their own.
