How can I ensure that, when I retire, the SFI business I have spent years building continues to grow and provide income for my beneficiaries?

Before retirement my suggestion is to build a team with the real workers. And guide the team properly and regularly. So that they will be able to enhance their knowledge and will make their own team down the line. Once you get confidence on your team help them to build up their team. Try to help them in every step. Its a legacy kind of thing. Generation by generation you will find yourself on the top with uncountable VP and rest you know...
So my request is
1) Learn how to work with workers.
2) Enhance your knowledge.
3) Build up a good time with real workers.
4) Enable and equip your team members.
5) Make them knowledge.
6) Ask them to duplicate these steps.
Once you are done then i think you don't need to wait up to retirement rather you will ask your management for VR.

Hi buddy,
Besides daily actions, many more things are there to build a thriving SFI business.
1 - Building a team.
For this you have to go to To-do list and review it. Understand it and take the action.
Once you are done with your team and if its stable then teach them the process of DUPLICATION.
2 - Play the Games.
Through Games you can earn many & many TCredits and hope you know the use of TCredits.
3 - Manage your Team.
This is the most important thing. Any body can make a team. But everyone is not successful with their team. Make sure your team is performing. Make your team members competitive. Distribute some TCredits and if possible Gift Cards among them. Make them understand the importance of TCredits and Gift Cards and ask them to duplicate it.
And Finally help your Team Members to make their own team. So the flow if VP will be spontaneous and your earnings will be prominent.

- Know about him/her.
- Discuss about his/her goals in life.
- Know about her/his approach towards goals.
- Discuss about SFI.
- Present SFI in a different way and should be interesting.
- Try to know why is she/he in SFI.
- Try to give some interesting yet important message on SFI.
- Let her/him visualize SFI in a bigger way.
- Try to set her/his dreams.
- Her/his approach.
- Try to give him/her some idea on dreams to achieve on time, i mean fix up time line for achievement of her/his goals.
