There is no real barrier nowadays. Many people use and recommend google translate.
I would like to point out that my iPhone has an App iTranslate that will provide local script like Arabic, Mandarin and Japanese with an English text. In addition it can produce a spoken like sound.
Maybe not exactly prefect. A whole lot better than some translators.

I firmly believe everyone can build a business in SFI.

The main hurdle people have is themselves. They have so many things going on both within themselves and in there life. They have to sort out themselves first. Essentially they need to sort their as why. They need to have a clear purpose and a mindset to pursue that purpose and allow absolutely nothing to get in the way. The best way to promote SFI with a prospect is to establish a relationship with them.
One way to establish a relationship is to ask questions. The key questions to ask are those that revolve around why the person is where they are at. I would determine what the person wants. Where they want to go. Why they want a business. From their answers work out if SFI is a good fit for them. Sad fact is not everyone is ready for nor knows how handle themselves let alone engage in a business.

Honestly I believe it is not important to have a good sponsor or co-sponsor. I do believe it can be advantage.

In my case my sponsor has contacted me maybe ten times in the ten months I have been with SFI. He does not have English a a first language and has been unwilling to communicate for this reason. I only hear infrequently from my co-sponsor.
Their few communications has not stopped me from becoming a BTL and on three occasions a STL.
I am currently the first in my class.
