The business is open to Chinese, Italian, Haussa, Yoruba, French, Russian, Arab, Indian etc... The language cannot be our limitation, we should take it as challenge and find a way to overcome it. I can imagine you will have language difficulties to make follow-up, and duplication. If this happens to you, you have the option to give tutorials video to your PSAs to help them understand.
You have the ability to turn any of your PSA (who is willing to succeed in this business) no matter of his origin into a Diamond.

Which is better and why...to contact my PSAs through SFI (e.g. PSA Mailer) or directly via their email address?
Communication is one of the most important tools we have. And for this, SFI offers us alternate means of contacting our PSAs.
Among the two you mention, none is to be excluded. We need to make appropriate use of PSA mailer and also the use of the "e-mail address".
1 -) Use of PSA mailer: we can use the PSAs mailer to draw the PSAs attention on a specific issue or news. We should not forget that the use of the PSA mailer is valued weekly and we get 30 VP. It is a very professionnal tool.
2-) For inactive PSa, you can only use their e-mail address as they do not log in the platform. Communicating with sleeping PSAs not frequently, may rouse some interest and they will come back to the business.
It is necessary to point out that when using the PSA mailer, the message sent goes to all PSAs either active or inactive PSAs.
Besides this tool of SFI, you can also use the Chat tool.
