Personally, one of the best ways by which I measure success is by doing all I can do , no matter how seemingly big, difficult, trivial or small the task is at hand, by doing it with pleasure the best way I know how, the best way I can, and to never give up till I'm satisfied with what I have done for the day, no matter how long it takes. What can and has to be done today, I will not leave for tomorrow. When I have given my all, I shall feel successful and satisfied, even for just a chore at a time, or a day at a time. That's because I live in the present. The future does not exist. If I feel myself successful in the present, even for just a chore, or a day at a time, I could rest assured that the future will take care of itself. After all, magnificent structures start with just one nail, so to speak.

Another way I would measure success , at least for myself, would be, to be able to gain the knowledge necessary for one to have to run the business successfully and to know this by heart, to hence, be able to impart that knowledge to help, guide and mentor as many team members as I can to help them succeed. After all , my success depends on them.

Success, to me is part of a process, a journey... not necessarily a goal.

Not to fret, not to worry. While some would see this as a problem, for me, it is only an illusion. On the other hand, to look at this as just part of the process, which in reality - it is, makes it just that, and shouldn't be a problem at all.

Like combing the beaches for the perfect shell or beauties we're looking for, we go through a similar search on SFI. Being a business owner who has just opened shop, (I, for one), we start searching for the right "business- employees" - in this case, our team-mates, so to speak. Since we are not requiring a CV , or a resume from the applicant, or listing them for a scheduled interview, there is no way of knowing how these "job seekers" will respond.

Similarly, they have no idea what your business is all about, so they simply sign up to find out on their own, or out of curiosity too, perhaps, (like myself), to learn more about your business themselves as they go along.

If they "feel" this is the "job" they seek and desire, passionately, with all their heart - after a day/couple days/ a week or two, then you're in luck - you've hit a gem! If they decide even while below the green line, or 2, 3, 6 months later that this is not what they want or what they're looking for, then fine. Its simply a matter of choice. Everyone is born with this birth-right , so whatever reasons or decisions, be it yours , mine or theirs -should all be equally respected.

Move on to the next and continue "combing the beach" by methods mentioned here. Being fairly new to this myself, my limited advice will be - to bid or purchase PSAs/ CSAs to go, set up more SBuilders if one can afford, round up more friends , contacts , prospects, etc., plus many other ways I'm sure our more experienced Affiliates could add and better advice us on. And just like any lucky business owner, eventually and in due time, you will find a team of the perfect business partners with a mind set congruent to yours.

So, what's the problem with that? We shouldn't always insist or complain when things are not going our way. Instead, relax, think positive, do the best you can, and learn to go with the flow. After all, everything comes in its own perfect time.

I believe that initially, assurance will come from within one's heart - his sincerity, passion and understanding for the business, and his mind made up!

To "ensure" a prospect about SFI, I will say the following. Only time will tell if my thoughts are effective.

That to be committed to their very own business initially, mind, body and soul, just like anything else in this world regarding our dreams and passions, are always hard-wired for one's success.

1. When one enters our site, imagine you are enrolling yourself in a Business School with world class tools and facilities from the comfort of your home. No added expenses for gas, no time wasted on traffic jams, not to mention the weather, you get to choose your own schedule, no need for allowances and tuition fees, not to mention the long tedious years it takes to get a degree! But what for will this degree be anyway? Will it be to work for a daily wage and enrich your boss and his business? What about emergencies and when one becomes incapable? How much does the boss care about you or your almighty dream anyway? Will he be able to beat what SFI offers?

While at school and learning the ropes, we also are simultaneously given the opportunity to run our very own businesses that will give us leveraged, residual, passive income streams. No stocks to spend on, no business shop or location to rent at exorbitant prices, no extra bills to pay to run the shop, no employees to employ, no boss to worry about, no gas or time to spend on traffic jams, less income tax! etc.

3. However, this is our business, and we want to make a success of it! A big chunk of the expenses of going to business school and running a business have already been greatly reduced and given us for free! 4. It is very important to login everyday to acquire the daily AVPs (Action Versa Points) which are harder to come by compared to SVPs (Sales Versa Points). Click on the red tabs daily, never miss out on it. Enter the hourly T-Time for a chance to win free TCs (TCredits). Enter the Daily Grand, Daily Crown, play games, play the auctions, buy and sell, and actively participate in free chances you get to earn VPs and rewards that would make your business thrive.

5. This is not a get rich quick deal. Unlike a regular job and salaries, we think in the long-term of running a business, and the residual, passive, leveraged incomes it will bring us depending on how much time, money and effort we invest monthly to meet our goals. If necessary, its best to keep a job to be able to maintain our monthly SOs while we're starting, and not earning as of yet. The rewards will be far greater and worth it in the long-term. Our dreams can become a reality by doing so. Here, we are talking 2 to 5 years or less and not 40 years until retirement to reach success. The time frame will all depend on us.

That will all be up to the individual to decide how much time one would want to spend on his/her business. It will not be the same everyday..some days will require more time than others. Go with the flow, whatever you're comfortable with, whatever the daily to do's require..and how passionately one wants to spend time on wanting to succeed and see one's business grow at one's own pace..is all entirely up to the individual. We all are our own commander- in- chief :D

With a vast library of training materials, plus a long list of options to apply this knowledge on a daily basis, there will be a lot of hours spent on reading, reading, and reading up and understanding the new business. Thereafter, depending on the individual's pace and level of understanding, will be the application of such.

In addition, self - confidence, communication and leadership skills, require some time to grow for others. All these and other considerations will affect how much time one is willing to passionately invest and what priorities are of importance to the individual. . Only through one's invested time and efforts can one see the desired results. And only then will one be able to decide where, and how much time the individual would want to invest his priority time on. :)

It is not a question of "which" is better. Both are sound goals and part of the process for one to succeed in our business, and the reason why, (if you would allow me,) I would change the word "or" to "and".

Go ahead and sponsor as many PSAs each year for as much as you can afford. However, in doing so, we have to bear in mind to only invest in what we can afford to lose. There are no guarantees that we will get a fair number of active sign-ups out of the hundreds of our sponsored affiliates. Likewise, we cannot disregard the fact that we, too, may be able to find the "gems" we seek in those numbers... and thereafter, to take it upon us, our responsibility and duty to be their "awesome" sponsor.

One of the most important of our concerns should be - to be able to handle everyone of them to the best of our ability, to be able to give them 100% of our quality time in teaching, guiding, mentoring and inspiring them. Only by being able to do so, and without discriminating either goals - sponsoring hundreds of PSAs AND being a great sponsor to the few, presently active affiliates, - will both goals only work to our advantage.

Yes. I would continue to include them all in my group mails for as long as they have not opted out. I would give everyone an equal chance - a 1 year period to receive my mails. I would choose not to discriminate - for the same good reason that SFI has chosen to do so, and I'm thankful for that.

Within this time frame of inactivity, one can never know when one or more of them will miraculously come back to life, become one of your very best movers and achievers, like many affiliates have done so in the past and continue to do so. For these reasons, I'd rather choose not to be disheartened. Wouldn't you want to be there for them as their lucky sponsor when and if that time comes ?!
