The best way to get more Versa Points (VP) is to work hard.

You've had lots of answers laying out where the VP can be earned (just look at your VP ledger and you'll see what's available anyway)so I wont repeat.

What it really takes is hard work and commitment to your business.

You need to work hard, ask lots of questions of your upline, read all the information SFI give you and make sure you do whatever you are told will help you achieve your goals.

I would think it might help because as others have already mentioned, it offers those without other methods of payment the chance to participate and to earn TCredits and MRP by doing so.

If you are able to offer it as an opportunity, it'll put you ahead of others that don't and may entice them to spend money with you rather than someone else.

The simple answer is YOU have to be in it to Win it!
That means you need to be doing all the daily tasks yourself and showing others how they can be successful. Over time you will see your own earnings increase on your scoreboard and once you recognise what's been most beneficial, you can share this with your team and help them to duplicate your efforts.
They need to see you leading by doing and by doing that you'll prove just how much they can earn here on SFI.
