I'm an ECA wanting to sell my products internationally. How do I determine how much to charge for shipping to other countries that is fair to both me and my customers?

If you are an ECA connected with the TripleClick store where your
products are listed for countries all over the world. Only you can determine
what you charge for the product and how much the shipping and handling
will cost depending on how you choose to ship it. Also think about how much
profit you want make. The customer actually decides if they want the product or
not. I wish you all the best.
Is it better to promote SFI to friends and family...or to strangers?

It is well to promote SFI to friends, family and strangers. I didn't
know the person personally that introduce me to SFI, but I understood
I wanted to be apart of this SFI team. I had became disable from an
stroke I had and couldn't do my usual work. Promoting what you think
would benefit you; can also benefit someone else. All we can do is promote
your SFI business as a thumb up opportunity for anyone who wants to
try it. No two people have the same DNA and likewise SFI will work for
those who want to work and not for those who don't want to work. Please
use your own judgement when it comes to promoting your SFI business.
After all you are seeking an answer to make your SFI business better. Two
heads are better than one. I think SFI team concept is the solution
to a full growth potential.

How do I encourage my affiliates to get and stay active without coming across as selfish or as a dictator?

I would encourage them to do their daily, weekly, monthly, and invest in their TripleClicks store. I would suggest to them that SFI is their business. You are their sponsor not their boss. We are a SFI team aiming for success. You should tell them about the easy way to maintain the rank of an EA such as making an SO that will give them 1500 versapoints. I would suggest to them to participate in the Zebra games and they could win versapoints,T credits, member reward points and more. This SFI business is a win win opportunity for them.

How do Eager Zebra games factor in to building a successful SFI business?

I think that is a good question. The Zebra games do place an important part in your SFI business. I am able to gain versaPoints as well as member rewards points, some T credits and some fun. All of theses give me opportunity to put back into my SFI business thereby improving
on my compensation in the long run. The games are a part of your daily action process. You are investing into your sFI business working toward
your success one step at a time. Sometimes playing game may lead to empty promises, but that depends on why you are in the game. You don't
have to play the Zebra games. It is just another option to use not to judge.

How can I provide positive but CONSTRUCTIVE criticism in my emails to my downline?

When you are giving positive constructive criticism you must consider what you needed to do to encourage your downline with your positive experience as well as the experience that didn't go well. For example I participated in the penny auctions, but lost most of the time. I realized
taking part in the auctions I am earning member reward points which I can use for buying products of my choice. I would let the downline know
this is an action that will increase my VersaPoints. Whatever you do, keep it professional; not personal. We all need to be taught how to manage
our SFI business to be a team effort. I found that the best leaders are the best followers. It takes work and investment.

The best marketing method for a beginner is to stay focus on what
you are trying to achieve. You must first be a part of the method you
want to be successful at. If I like the method of sales then I should
first look into my own store which is TripleClicks product and see
what is available that I can use. If the product fit the standard I am
looking for then buy it. You can then have excitement about this product
to recommend it to others and they value your opinion they will want
to become a part of buying from this store also; thereby increasing
sales which means more sales eventually.

What should you say to your PSAs when they say they are going to quit because they are putting out more than they are receiving?

I would say to my PSAs to ask themselves a question. The question would
is did you quit your day job thinking that I'm going to make enough
money to support my family or help supplement my income? SFI is a
big help in teaching you that this is your SFI's business. It may seem as
though you are taking in a lot of information and applying it to obtain a
rank that pleases you. Should I be paid for acquiring knowledge to
make my business better or just give up. How would you feel if a
doctor was during surgery on you and decide it is too hard to continue
even though he knew it could save your life. I would advise any affiliate
to continue working because if you quit you will never know your potential
and if you are having problems contact your sponsor or an a2a friend. It will take
your mind off yourself and cause you to come out from the giving up and throwing
in the tower.

I would do nothing differently. I would read the information SFI have
gave me. I realize had to do a lot of reading which helped me in reaching
my goals. I did receive the two hundred versa points which helped me
obtain my goal for that day. I later receive advice from my sponsor
which help me out a lot. I realize in this business it is good to follow your
leader advice. I knew it was detrimental to do my to-do list. Some
large amounts of versa points such as uploading your photo, etc. It all
boils down to if you really want to succeed at anything in life you
must work at it even if it seems hard at first, but with patience and
step by step build your business and encourage others to do the same. I
understand at SFI is a team oriented establishment. Therefore, every
effort I put forth. Someone else may put forth an effort and before
long we will get effort plus effort equal progress. Progress will eventually
earn us some money.
