I don't think that fear of success is a major problem for many people, because success means that you start earning in this business. And this is something that each of us wants here. This is why we are here.

The major problem by many people is a fear of failure or that they are not capable to succeed.

In my opinion you don't have to get past the fear of success with your team members, but the fear of failure.

To do that, you have to:
-work with them everyday,
-cheer them up, when they feel bad,
-tell them that failure does not mean you should give up, but to go further,
-tell them that they have to clear they minds of „can't“
-optimisam is a better way of seeing the life...

In other words, they have to feel that your are with them and that you will always help them.

From my experience, it is better to give less informations, for the simple reason that people do not like to read a novel. It is ad and should sound like an ad.

You can't tell everything about a job, nor explain what that job offers. Simply, SFI offers so many ways to earn money, to explain them all it would be to much lyrics.

In a few sentences, you have to catch the attention of the person who reads your ad. If you don't succeed, the person will leave.

Focus on a specific group of people ( stay at home moms, fathers, students... ) and only thing you can add is a link with your blog about SFI company in case if someone wants more informations.

Therefore, let the ads be short, to the point and catchy.
