We all have our motivation, why we joined this business.
Each of us has set itself a target.
On the way to this goal, we set some tasks and take daily actions to fulfill these tasks. Each task fulfilled is our little success , which leads us to the fulfillment of the most important goal.
What would be the goal, that is individual. Someone wants a supplemental income, and someone to turn this into a regular job. Some to spend more time with family and so on. All of them are successful if they achieved their goal.
All actions that you take are small victories that lead to the main goal for which you in the end came here.
Success is not measured by the badges, success is if we ourselves are satisfied with results. Badges are anyway good for remind us that we have done something well, that our efforts are paying off. Badges are an encouragement and a reminder that we are on the right track.
For me for example success is, despite these work-related, that I improve my knowledge of English.

Hello.
When we want to attract new associates, we all usually start from ourselves. Create an ad that would attract us or place our ad in places where we would look for it ourselves.
But we are all different and different things attract us.
Therefore, you may need to create just the opposite ad than the one you were attracted with.
Change the picture, change the text or find new places where you can advertise.
I do not know how much or can you invest anything in paid advertising. Now, there are many places where with small amounts you can get good results.
Try to think of something original, something that will make you different from all the others.
In any case you can always try with the S-Builder, or try to win new PSA at the auctions.

When you got a job at any other workplace you would have to show up at work every day.If you want to succeed you must understand this as any other business and act accordingly, no matter that you don't have a boss who would oversee you.
Explain them what kind of benefit thay have from logging in every day.
