I think that people are attracted to programs like SFI by saying that they will get rich quick . They see the numbers of people who are looking at the SFI part of the program and see the potential that Triple Clicks offers.

They look at SFI and Triple clicks as a one sided opportunity for their gain only and not the rest of the world. They don't see that SFI has been created democratically and that the opportunity must be given to all SFI and Triple Clicks users alike. SFI and Triple Clicks is not the National Lottery and will never be that way. It is not betting on the best horse nor betting on your favorite team.

You see the employee situation creates Employee Mentality.

Employee mentality wants free bees no work and losing ones mind as you don't eat if you're not good at being one. Employees never feel they're paid enough, and most of the time they're not paid enough. To change an Employees mind from this Employee Mentality

GET RID OF HIS FEAR THAT HE/SHE WILL BE LEFT BEHIND OR NOT HAVE ENOUGH MONEY FOR CLOTHES OR FOOD!!!

So how do you do that? Form a business plan.

SFI was invented for this purpose. Create business relationships with your existing friends. After you have developed relationships with your friends you form a business. It should be a business that starts small and grows big. Whatever your business is, you should create a rewards program on your blog so that active CSA s and PSA's see this and desire to be a part of your business as you give $12 cards for advancement in SFI. Next, What are you selling? What could you sell? T shirts, Protein Drinks, Vitamins, Sunglasses, Chairs, Tables, etc .... Make sure it fits in with Triple Clicks Guidelines for what you can and cannot sell. Ask your CSA s and PSAs from different countries how much money they see different products listed in their countries. Help them create businesses which help them but help others first.

Follow the values of showing compassion, consistency, love and sharing hope. People want the steps to a successful business laid out for them. Lay them out when they ask.

An online business can look scary, awkward, a waste of time, hopeless and even come off like you're trying to lie and cheat people out of time and money. Prove your business is not like this and that you have what it takes to succeed and teach others to succeed.

I think that the best answer I can give to this question should be, that one needs to develop a personal relationship with each affiliate. As you are training to become the best leader you can be. The key will be to focus on the people who you see help themselves, so as not to waste your energies. People who want to have friends, people who want to establish a meaningful businesses, and people who want to develop businesses relationships. One must have the attitude of always improving oneself.

Job/ Daily chores:
What I mean is everyday you should be coming to your SFI account and logging in and going through your red tabs making sure that you check them off and that you have learned something from each page, either by use of the forum accessed through the titles on the bottom of the page or on the page itself.

Explaining what you do to be successful:

Next how will your affiliates know what to do unless you explain what you do?. They need to read at least 2/3 of the Launchpad lessons every week,so that they are motivated, and they understand the process of creating a successful business. They need to know how you have created success in your life which is not necessarily how much money you have made in SFI. It is how you look at your business in your mind and how much encouragement and love do you show yourself each day about the fact that you will make it. The Goals page talks about this. I am new to SFI, having been in SFI only two months and am a Bronze Leader as of yesterday. On my goals page my goal for becoming Bronze leader was in December of this year and I've made it in the end of July 2014.

How much money you can make?
The Scoreboard section will tell you how much money you have made. The fact is that the amount of money that you make will grow steadily. That is not necessarily from month to month. This will depend on your time, responsibilities and work given to your business. The sky is the limit to how much money you can make over the years and I personally wish/ bless each and every one of you with personal and financial success with SFI.
