I am writing with a background of having been CFO of several companies, including two listed on The London Stock Exchange.
The board of any large national company are busy people, and your chances of getting an audience are slim at best. The chances of them having the time to follow up after any meeting are likewise pretty remote.

Can I suggest a different approach...Find the younger executive in marketing or sales, one who is ambitious and enthusiastic.

Good communication with our team is vital in SFI, but what if we are not good writers; how do we learn to write well?

How about this:
Edible tubers, flayed, fragmented, and subsequently submerged in a seething emollient fluid, thus transmogrified into brittle sticks of a golden amber hue .

or as most of us know them better French Fries (or chips for the Brits)

Hopefully a humeros way of showing that beautiful prose, and a large vocabulary are not always helpful in communication.
Here at SFI we are trying to communicate in a practical sense, It does not need to flow like fine literature.

What part of that "go away" message are people reading as "try telephoning instead" or "contact through social media" get me on "instant messenger" or even "try another email address"

I want to take a contrary view to most of the answers so far..!

I almost agree with him!. Like many people here I have a full time job, and can devote 2 hours of so daily and 10 hours a day at the weekends

SFI is not employment, it is your own business, and it is up to each individual to choose how to use their time to achieve their desires.
The points themselves have a value, but if your affiliate already has a SO, then the diference may not be that great.

Firstly I would not assume that your in-actives are either lazy nor unmotivated.
By way of background I signed up for SFI while I was busy working another affiliate program.
I had a quick look, decided that, interesting as it might be, I did not have the time to learn it all.
I did become active several months later and have not looked back since.

From reading others people's experiences I know I am not alone there.

You may well have VERY motivated and energetic
