The most important thing when writing an ad is to avoid the standard phrases, as much as possible. You have to try to sound original and not use the same words everyone else is using. Think of a phrase and test it on google to see what comes out. If your exact keyword combination has a lot of competition than you probably won't have a good response.
Take in to consideration the suggested ads in the Marketing aids in SFI. But I would suggest you to try and make them your own. Remember there are thousands of us here and we all read the same ads as example.
It's best when speaking from your own point of view and your own experience.
I speak from my experience that the readers respond best when you speak from the heart. People usually can tell if you believe in what you write.

The most important thing for creating strong teams and duplication is regular and personal communication. Group mailing is ok for sharing some general information but to actually encourage your team members to achieve higher status and to recruit new members you need to make the communication more personal.
When you notice that someone from your team is working hard and especially if they are asking questions make sure you answer regularly.
One of the SFI rules of success is Work with the workers. Always have this in mind. You have to detect the workers in your team and give them special attention. Write them almost every day, ask if you can help and share all the knowledge you have obtained in SFI. Speak honestly from your experience.
If you connect on a personal level you will get to the duplication.
