Is it wise to 'bribe' your downline with Gift Certificates, TCredits or other incentives? Or does this practice come back and bite you?

Giving your downline rewards, TCredits or incentives I think will motivates them more and it will build a good relationship between u as a sponsor and your affiliates. I don't see any reason for that to bite you in the future, however I see a good team spirit that would grow your generation and it would teach them the lesson to do the same to their downline. And it will motivates the other affiliates who are not doing well to improve their performance. I won't call it a bribe but rewards/gifts.
What are the easiest ways to become an EA (Executive Affiliate) every month?

Firstly u need the right attitude u can never succeed on a business if u don't have positive attitude, it is very simple to become and maintain Executive Affiliate status. You just need to set up a standing order of $36.25 and you will earn 1500 VP monthly. from that standing order you will receive 125 TCredits which you can use as gift to your team or to buy anything from TripleClicks. And you need to make sure that you login daily to go through each tab and receive your daily VP.
