Communication is KEY! If you are a team leader you will have a leadership page that you can use to post blogs, run contests and incentives, and share your experience.
Send emails regularly to keep your team motivated and on top of whats happening in SFI.
I love sending the E-Cards with a great TIP or a pat on the back for a job well done'

I send my team tools they can use such as advertising ideas, advice on building a website, how to market effectively,etc. I feel that if you take extra time to do these things then you build a relationship and trust with them.

The MOST important thing you can do is be a great leader by walking the walk.
They are watching you.

There are many answers to this question. There are many different ways to market SFI.
There are tons of free advertising sites on the web.
You only need to search "free classifieds" to access many outlets.
There are also many traffic exchanges that you can utilize to get your
splash pages seen.
There are social networks such as face book and twitter.
It really depends on your new PSA's experience level.
I try to customize my advice on this matter to every level of experience
my new affiliate has.
For more advanced affiliates I recommend a custom capture page and auto responder that offers SFI training or a e-book on internet marketing tactics in exchange
for their email information.
Have your affiliates do a little research online for many available marketing sites.
Some are free and some will cost a fee.
