The best way to find out whether your PSA CSA are active is to take their genealogy check their VPL and see what you have not done or may have forgotten, and do not hurt to consult or referral to odrade.Uvek need to be in contact with members indiscriminately gave your dog or assigned to you by the SFI .so will build a stronger team.Of course you need to be a pattern for your team .nadam that I helped partially

In my opinion is I think we need at least 5 members that have to be managed, but not only, and not your users need to have those at least 3 for at least one member.
To you had profits of the first, second, third, fourth, fifth and sixth levels below must be BTL, because if you EA2 you will have income only from the first generation.
