First off you should make sure that your PSA's are ready to become team leaders.Meaning do they fully understand what becoming a team leader consist of.Have your PSA's studied and learned what to do as a team leader,and do they know what to do in order to maintain team leader status.Also and most important do they have a team to lead.These are some things to consider when communicating with your downline,and in my opinion we should always encourage are PSA's to move forward but only when they are truly ready.

I don't know if we're born with it but Being a leader takes motivation,Some people are more motivated than others.

Some people see, hear, learn, and quickly take action. Others, see, hear, and learn but never take action.Then quickly find out that they are really just a follower,Like so many others who procrastinate.Leaders have a way of making things happen,and that's what makes them stand out from the rest.

And think about it. Who do you want to follow? You want to follow someone who leads by example,leads well and is successful.Each day You have to motivate yourself to become a leader,and being motivated is always a choice, you either are or your not.

This is what I have seen throughout my life. People motivated for a day are not successful leaders. But those motivated day in and day out, long term, are the high achievers "leaders"
