What is the most effective strategy for reassigning people in your downline?

Reassigning PSAs to members in your downline should be done as an encouragement and a way of helping your PSAs grow their business which automatically increases the commissons you earn from them. Ensure that:
1 ) The benefiting PSAs has been active and hardworking
2) Make sure you have already thought him/her how to be a good sponsor. Refer them to SFI articles on how to be a good sponsor
3)The Affiliate that you are reassing must be active within the last 6 months, generating over 500 vp
4) Do follow up and encourage them to be a wonderful sponsor

How can you confirm that your team members are receiving your emails and other messages?

The best way to confirm that they receive your mails include:
1) When the reply your mails, ask you questions
2) When they follow the instructions you gave them, evident in their growth
3) When you PSAs and CSAs give you an Awesome sponsor rating every month
4) Engage them in live chat when you meet them online
5) When they become leaders, then you know they have learnt something frow you that is now been passed on to others
How do you benefit financially from the efforts of your PSAs?

This is the beauty of SFI. They include:
1)You earn 45%commissions on all their transactions
2)You also earn from their downline up to the 12th generation
3) You have a bigger team and network of affiliates
4) You earn more matching versa points if you are a team leader ( Bronze Team Leader and above)
5) Opportunity to distribute more gift cards to your downline as reward or encouragement. This will eventually earm you a nice badge
What should I do with PSAs who do not want to recruit affiliates or otherwise engage in duplication?

The best you can do is to encourage them.
1) Explain the benefits of duplication to them and teach them various ways they can get new PSAs under them, eg from family, friends and social network sites.
2) Reassign an active PSA to them if you can. This will practically encourage and motivate them when they see that their commissions and earnings have increased due to the PSA assigned to them that has been active
3) Make sure their is no language barrier. It may be the PSA does not understand your language. Use Google converter if this is the case

If you're new in SFI and new to marketing, etc., how can you help a new PSA who needs guidance?

Be a good sponsor. SFI has already made it possible for everybody to succeed even if you are new to affiliate marketing. Your responsibility is now to encourage, guide and refer the new affiliates to the various articles that will help them grow, such as the the SFI basics and launcpad and artickes m duplication.
NB*
1) send them weekly PSA and CSA mails to monitor to aid them
2) send them the direct links to the various articles
3) Lead by example
What methods can I use to attract college students to join SFI?

Students are always in need of extra cash. If you are in a students environment, it is adviceable you share SFI hand bills to them, place it on notice boards and target little group of students that you can verbally lecture about SFI. Be enthusiastic about as u explain it, and assure them of your support to make them succeed. Social media and student forum is very good to reach students afar. Hope this was helpful
