Sooner or later we all face the same problem, so here is what I have done and since than the results are much better:

1. Send them FB request for friendship as it would be much easier to communicate as they probably stopped checking their emails and logging into their SFI office, but for sure are logging to their FB accounts. In that way you will be in contact easily.
2. Organize a support group/chat on FB for your most active PSAs or even downline no matter the generation as people would interact and support each other there and develop a team spirit.
3. Be there for them showing what you have discovered or achieved and encourage them to try the same.
4. Everybody likes when they are acknowledged for their success so praise them for all their achievements, even the smallest. My support group and chat are named Dragons, and I am making personalized congratulation cards for all my PSA with the picture of them and their VP Ledger + dragon photo and they love it as much as I am doing it. I made an album of these photos in our support group so even the new members can see it and they want to have the same.
5. Always send them GC for their achievement, weather it is a TC or $ as it will pays you back.
6. Always congratulate them in public, for example on your FB wall and tag them so their friends can see it. They will feel special when someone else outside SFI family congratulate them and ask them what they did and they would continue with their performance.
7. Tell them that they are winners already and encourage them to believe in themselves and their goals. Help them to feel like winners.

It is a good question as not all of us were in marketing business before, but there is a simple rule in writing the effective ads.

Put yourself in the shoes of people who will read your ad, your targeted group, and ask yourself what would catch your attention.

First - the picture in your add should stand out, something with the contrast that will cache an eye of a reader and put the photo on some real people on it as it gives more confidence to those who will see it.

Second – Problem - you should think of a headliner and ask the question in it, something like: Is your work exhausting you leaving you with no time for your family, or You can't handle your Boss's bad moods, or you had enough of busy traffic on the way to you work… You got the idea, so target the problem they might have so they can recognize their situation in it.

Third – Solution of the problem - offer them solution to the problem like: Start earning real money online from your home, or join thousands of happy people who have secured regular monthly paycheck working from their home, or set your self free and bee your own boss and work from wherever you are and at the pace you set for yourself, or now you can also bee free and happy working for your own goals and not for someone else… and so on…

It is a very nice question as it can help a lot to understand what is it SFI all about.

New affiliates should NOT:
1.Ignore the welcome letter from their upline, as they could miss valuable Fast Tracker points.
2.Forget to log on daily to their SFI home page and check TO Do list.
3.Forget to check daily for new emails on the email account they provided.
4.Forget to read, read and read all they can find on their home page as there are valuable hidden Green V points at the upper right corner to collect, beside learning about SFI. READERS ARE LEADERS!!!
5.Do all the quiz questions on their Launch pad, but to save them for rainy days if they have a problem with confirming the status or the green line. DO NOT FORGET THE GREEN LINE!
6.Be ashamed to ask their upline, or SFI support anything as non of us knew everything at the beginning.
7.Expect to get rich overnight.
8.Forget what was the main reason they have assigned to SFI and keep that in mind every time they think they are not good enough for this.
9.Forget that SFI is doing business for 16 years all over the world, so it is possible to live good from this job.
10.Forget to dream, aim high, because we all deserve it.
