How can I help a PSA become a Team Leader when he or she does not have a credit card?

You can advice your PSA to use one of the methods that SFI and TripleClicks have to make payment. SFI and TripleClicks have offered up to 50 different ways to pay depending on your country. For your PSA to access these options, s/he can simply choose the payment method s/he wishes to use when s/he checks out. That is, add the item(s) that s/he wishes to purchase to his/her shopping cart. Then, when s/he checks out, choose the payment option s/he wants on the checkout page.
There are 173 LocalPay Merchants in 39 Countries.
If you can afford and if you like, whether your PSA has money or not, you can send him/her TCredits or Gift Certificate to use at TripleClicks.

One great way to promote your SFI business is with the use of Safelists.
These allow for more detail in your ad, and you ad will continue to be shown as long as you have available credits. Some Safelists have Standard Mailers which do not require credits for the ad to be shown and it is sent
to the List email of every member of that Safelist.
Which is better to pursue...CSAs or PSAs?

Hi,
When you ask me which is best, a diamond or saphire since both of them having a very good value.
Acquiring PSAs are easy method either you can get them directly or through purchasing PSAs to Go or even from Pricebender Auctions but acquiring CSAs are vested with SFI Management or by winning the bids from Pricebender Auctions.
Both, CSAs and PSAs are one or the other better to pursue with as both of them equally bring you revenues and they are the strong pillars for your team and they can build your team stronger than any.
You may concentrate on acquiring PSAs on your own and simply watch the auction and participate in there to acquire more CSAs and I am sure, both will be "GEMS" in your team.
