3. The 16-year long period of its existence and lakhs of memberships in SFI speak about its robustness - let them know about it.

4. Casually, bring TripleClicks, Pricebender, Wave3 subsystems within SFI to their notice - they would be interested in becoming members to enjoy the benefits such as pick the price and auction sale

5. Let them know that all that they need to be successful in SFI is their persistence, patience, hard work, investment of little time, efforts, and very little money. They will understand because every business needs a minimal amount of money to be invested.

Next, though there are thousands across the world, YOUR friends and relatives will trust you first rather than the thousands out there -- that is the uniqueness!

To stand out from the crowd, your approach needs to be different from every other member doing the same business in SFI - it is typically the same when you start a business of your own - How you differentiate yourself and your products from the rest of the competitors!

1. What you offer to your downline in SFI as well as your customers... and how qualitative they are? - that is here in SFI, to your PSAs, CSAs, and ECA store customers.

2. How you treat and motivate the affiliates you sponsored? - Working with them, how well and frequently you communicate with them, the rapport that you build with your downline, training them, making them leaders, more than that making them awesome sponsors as much as you are!

3. How much you learn yourself and how much you implement them on a day-to-day basis - say advertising TripleClicks products, marketing the SFI stuff, setting a live example to your own PSAs.

4. How effectively you take part in the varied activities/programs of SFI - Pricebender auctions, Wave3, Pick the Price, SFIPPA, etc. - to become successful in this program. When you become successful, you also spread the word across your friends/neighbours, relatives, etc.

5. What is the extra mile you travel - by searching stuff from the Net, experimenting with it, utilizing the learnt skills for your success in SFI, pass it on to your downline so they don't need to discover all these on their own - give them the chance to discover or invent something new!

Give a catchy and unique title, that goes with the Website content. The keywords are to be set within the first 60 characters of your title. Look for the right keyword density in your articles/content.

Set up the right Keywords/descriptions/Metatags in your URLs and content for search engines to display your site's content within the first 10 ranks in Search results - keep the common man's choice of words as your keyword. So, assume yourself to be a user first than a provider -- that will help you get the right keyword at first shot - OR you will definitely learn it in course of time by putting yourself in the Searcher's shoes.

For this, you have to understand the algos (also called algorithms) employed by each search engine that makes your content get displayed in the top 10 results. The Search Engine Algorithms change often -- there are more web resources to learn SEO techniques like -- searchengineland.com and many others

Google or Bing is used widely - so try to understand their SEO algorithms to set up your Website for an optimized search engine results. Anchor text is another key technique. So as link building strategies and techniques.

Connect with your PSAs! Bond with them!Communication is the Key!

Keep your Leadership Page in SFI Live! That is your Face to your own affiliates. Keep writing on your blog, announce competition, Add Your Daily Tips...

Send Welcome card/mail as soon as they become an SFI member. Tell them that you are there to support them in the SFI business.

Send Motivation mails to keep them on track.

Make sure that your PSAs are not bored or irritated by the frequent mailers and e-cards you are sending.

Send "Tips" card to help them flourish in their business. That is why we have PSA/CSA/Team mailing systems in place. Make sure you communicate with them - sometimes, for your best members, send a personal note of appreciation.

Let your PSAs know that you care for them, by keeping tab on the works they are doing (through Geneology). Appreciate your PSAs for a nice thing they have done in a week. Give them 'Tips' on what they can do better.

Preach what you do. If you ask your PSAs to do what you are practicing, they will have confidence in you and follow your way...and you are almost there in the duplication process!

Follow up with your affiliates to know what they are doing to build their downline. If you have an S-Builder co-op set up for your team, ask them if they are interested to be part of it. Same for PSAs-to-Go!

Ask them to become active participants - to generate Personally Referred Members for TripleClicks, E-Commerce Associates, SFIPPA, W3 and Pricebender members.

All said and done, only a few of your PSAs would effectively grow their downline (and duplicate some of them). Don't get discouraged by that. Those few who are doing it effectively can make a few more effective duplicants, and that is how the business grows!

If you are setting up your own business (after spending time, effort and money for infrastructure/machinery, initial investment, overheads, whatnot) will you leave it to run on its own after setting up an automation process? Will you not keep a daily tab on what is happening? Would you not be keen in knowing where it is failing...and how you can improve the situation? Will you not work towards making your business successful and profitable?


Same here, friend. You need to have a tab on what is new in SFI? How you can use the latest information to make your own business in SFI successful. The autopilot as a mechanical intrusion will not work! If your entire family pilots the business, then this will sure touch the horizon! All the Best!

Well... the straightforward answer is 'DO NOT be in a hurry' to...

1. Take a long slumber after signing up - because, if you score 500 VersaPoints within 24 hours of signing up, you will get 200 bonus VP and a 'Fast Tracker' badge

2. Click VP button to get the score, without reading the content - because, these are important lessons for a new affiliate to learn in the beginning and take it forward in their business

3. Click and complete all the available links in the To-Do list and Launch Pad in a day or two to accumulate all VersaPoints - because you cannot remember all that you learnt for the day

4. Join members who all you know - because, you need to see to that a few members, at least the first 8-10 sponsored affiliates are active, persistent, diligent, and goal-oriented as much as you are... to turn this into a successful business for you and themselves

5. Explain to others about SFI with whatever little stuff you have acquired about the business - because it needs some time, at least 15-30 days to get a hold of the business before approaching others and convince them of the authenticity of SFI
