I am new here so have only just started my out and about marketing but these are the ways that I advertise

I use the TripleClicks Car logo

I leave my Wave 3 cards everywhere I go - local park pin board - apartment building lobby, hair dressers, on the table after lunch

I leave my business cards in public places

if I am talking to someone and they note that they wish they had money to buy .... or that they can't join us for a day out because they are saving for "blank" etc I share our SFI opportunity, nothing pushy just a simple "have you thought of working online I work with a great company that is growing my second income" if they sound interested I tell them more if they are unsure I just give them my card or link to my site and tell them i'm here if they have any questions

You sure can be successful even if your team isn't working for you.

We make 45% on all our customers we drive to TC. post items for sale on your local online sale store such as craigslist etc. look at the wanted section too perhaps an ECA has what they are looking for and you can direct them too it

other ideas talk to local small businesses and ask if they would like a free web store and that you can help set it up for them

all sales from your ECA's store gets you 10% and you still get 45% from anything the ECA owner buys win win

you can always help drive people to the music site anyone who joined and purchases tcredits to vote will go to you as well.

There are many ways other than team building to earn at SFI.

Team building usually provides a consistent residual income whereas peoples spending habits change.

I myself find it very annoying when you get contacted in a current biz about another,

If your team members are getting messages from people about other opportunities through SFI, I would suggest they contact SFI and flag the sender as this is a big policy no no,

If they are getting emails sent to their personal email account I would advise them to either email and ask not to be approached or if that fails block the senders email

I know many people have additional programs of income but using one to grow the other is not very professional and would make me say no

Being a great leader, means having great communication with your team.

Whenever I get new PSA's or CSA's I send them the same message after all you want them both to be successful so that your Team is successful too!

I include the following information but with more explenation

1: Welcome to our team, I am here to help you reach your goals, a bit about myself and my journey to and in SFI

2: first step is to reach 500vp in your first 24hrs so you can earn your bonus 200vp

3: once completed your next step is to reach EA status with 1500vp, simply visit your hot spots- vp ledger for a list of available points to you, reaching EA will gain them at least 2 CSA's

4: Let them know that once they reach EA status you will guide them to what they should do next and how to communicate with their new team members(eg: finding customers reaching BTL etc)

5: sign off with your name, rank, leadership page link....I also link to my blog and our teams fb group

That's it, next you just want to guide them along each step of the way
