The best ways to attract new PSAs are:
1.Person to person.
It's easier for someone who knows you to believe in your offer and your involment.
2.Advertise your blog/site
You will find in training lessons EVERYTHING you need to know about your blog/site optimization,about free hosting,how and where to advertise...etc.

There are two things good to know about sponsoring affiliates:
1.Do your best do help your PSA during his first month in SFI(sometimes it takes two months).
-Help your PSA to become a Fast-Track Member so he can receive a bonus 200 VersaPoints.
-Point out to your PSA the importance of doing daily,weekly and monthly tasks
-Show him how to become EA2
2.DO NOT do things instead of your PSA! He must learn to do the same after the first month so he can become good marketer.
The biggest problem in teaching your PSAs is that most of them DON'T READ. I can tell that from my own experience.

From my experience,there are two certain things that convince people:

1.Talking face to face.
It doesn't matter if that person is someone close to you or you are talking to acquaintance,your hairdresser,salesman from the store across the street....They can see you. They know for sure that you are already in that business.

2. Open your list
of friends on fb or other social network,
your phonebook,
see fb pages of local stores
or fb pages of your friends.
Ask yourself: Who on that list of friends is selling something? Who on that list has spare time? Who is ambitious? Who wants to expand the business? Who likes to buy online?...

Answers to that questions gave me results I wanted.
