How do you promote the new Fast-Track 2.0 program to your team without putting them off?

First of all, be onr of the fast track 2.0 member and have your fast track badge on your page so that your team will be able to see that you are one of the member and enjoying many benefits from it.
Two email is enough in my opinion...
First email, let your team member know the lifetime benefits you were getting after becoming the fast track 2.0 member. Have all of list up in this email.
Second email, remind your team member about the time limit they have to be one of this exclusive fast track member.
Then, just post generally in your stream post about the fast track 2.0, eventually your team will be able to see its benefits.
Plus, SFI also promoting it to all members so I am sure they already well informed.

What's the best way to build a profitable SFI business using S-Builder Co-op?

Share it with your team member. Offer to affiliates who are interested in sharing the S builder cost and shares with you. This will minimize your cost and maximize your shares.
Once you know how many that were interested, buy a couple or more of S builder and building your co op. Add your affiliates and wait for the result.
What should I do with PSAs who do not want to recruit affiliates or otherwise engage in duplication?

In SFI everybody knows that duplication is the key to success. If the affiliates want to be successful solely depend on their tripleclicks store; explain to them that it is possible but they need to advertise for it as well so why don't do both??
Maybe the affiliates did not know how to recruit and be a leader. They might just need a little encouragement, knowledge and support from you, their sponsor.
My experience when I first join SFI is I did not want to recruit or sponsoring anybody. I am afraid to talk to people and give them wrong information.
But when one of my PSA assigned by my sponsor start to be active and give me my first month commission; only then I start to think that this is not so bad at all. If I can get a bunch of PSA and CSA to be active, imagine how much will my commission grow? Then I start to learn, I start to read and start the duplication process.
You see, SFI is a new thing for most of the affiliates. They will feel insecure doing things that they do not usually do. Just find a way to make them see how duplication will benefit them.

How can you confirm that your team members are receiving your emails and other messages?

If you using team mail then you just have to wait for their response as there is no way we can know if the received your message. If got no reply, just sent them another mail using other methods.
Usually I will just sent message to ALL my affiliates in my Genealogy. I will know if the message safely delivered if the preview and confirmation sent to my email. Then I will get a copy of the message too. In ALL of the affiliates you have in Genealogy, some might reply and you know that the message is there in your other affiliates mail inbox. They just need to read it to receive your information and there is certainly n way to force them to open your message if they were just not interested in this business.
However, keep trying, keep sending message. Some will eventually open up to read your emails and could be one of your team members that shine. Who knows?

If you're new in SFI and new to marketing, etc., how can you help a new PSA who needs guidance?

First of all, never freak out. If you did not know the answer just tell them that you will get back to them. Then search for the answer either consulting your sponsor, uplines, forums, read from SFI page etc. Once you get the answer, contact them as soon as possible. You did not want to leave them for too long. Try to contact them back within 24 hours.
Never give them answer that you did not certain/know about it. When I new in this, I too have no experience in marketing and affiliate programs, one PSA ask me a question via SFIM, I did not know what to do I just turn off the SFIM and click on the unavailable button. Actually that PSA is doing quite well that time, he just need to know how to build their business, I try to contact him back but that PSA never log in again after that day.
Lessons I learn here :)never abandon you affiliate when they try to reach to you.

First you will get direct commissions every time they do a purchase at TripleClicks store. To maintain their rank most of them will buy something to increase their VP so active PSA and CSA will absolutely purchase a thing or two at the store.
Then, matching VP with the PSA and generations will be absolute increase in your income that if you are a Team Leader. If you have many PSA active sponsoring, believe me the value of the matching VP will be more than you can imagine. That is why DUPLICATION is the key process for you to success.

An affiliate logs in after a long period of inactivity. Should I acknowledge this? And if so, what should I say?

If I was the affiliate that decide to re-log in about a long period, something from SFI might be a reason that attract me to come back. Maybe some of my sponsor or co-sponsor have reached me enough to re-log in and know that there are people in SFI that will be there for me.
Please welcomed them with warm heart as it is a very rare occasion for an affiliate to come back after long of inactivity.
Tell them you miss them and glad to be able to see them active again. Encourage them to communicate with you and you are there for them. Give them some new updates from SFI that can help them to grow their business.
Eventually they will feel that there were belong here in SFI and realize that SFI is the place for them to continue to grow and reach their goals.

Most of the time it will depend on luck.
However you can estimate the question by doing the survey every day.
Try to think what majority of other people will answer instead of thinking on your own answer.
I will open up a few browser to google(easier to use google image) in case there is a word that I am not familiar with.
For me, being able reach Streakasphere everyday is good enough as I like to see my Eager ranking.
Why should anyone want to become an SFI affiliate?

Well the MAIN reason I became an SFI affiliate is because it is ALL FREE here 24/7.
You get everything here, training, guidelines, your own store, coaches, support etc for FREE.
From my review with other affiliate programs, SFI guidelines are the simplest one to follow as it teaches us on day to day basis so that we did not drowned with information.
SFI shows us to work hard to reach our OWN goals and clearly stated at the beginning that this is not a quick rich scheme program.
SFI give us freedom to chose our own path on how you want to achieve and get your rank as a team leader. Decide, no one will argue as you will determine how want your business to grow.
These were the reasons why I join SFI and I am really glad I found SFI. The best affiliate program I have ever joined. Everyone should WANT to become an SFI affiliate.
