I keep losing people that were active previously. What do I do?

I have a large number of inactive members, and I think it would be best to write each in his mail a personal letter. Of course, in this letter he would write that emits a unique opportunity in my life, which is SFI. And if you do not decide now, will probably come across a few years ago. In the beginning I initially welcomed a new member. Then he offered the possibility of how to work. Everything has to be done very easy and friendly. That will not back down. Tell him he should also be noted that this is a job for persistent, curious and those who are very keen to. What would be a better goal and why? Sponsor hundreds of new PSAs every year or teach a smaller number of EAs to each develop EAs themselves?

If you are doing so to gain the greatest possible number of members, you have the task to each write every day how they work. Your job is that every month you have at least five members, who work and achieve 1500 points. If it is less, so much worse for you. You must have at least five to get a solid salary. It is not hard to write people, keep them, just keep it hard. Any thoughts that the earnings overnight, but it is not so. Everyone needs to know that it is working with perseverance and good work you have at least five months, half a year to get a team that works perfectly. Then it's your job to lead them to continue working, enroll new members and thus build a team that brings it to you and good result.
