I have a large number of inactive members, and I think it would be best to write each in his mail a personal letter. Of course, in this letter he would write that emits a unique opportunity in my life, which is SFI. And if you do not decide now, will probably come across a few years ago. Unfortunately, we will only have to be during this time some years, and also we're not together.

When a person joins SFI, what things are the most important for him or her to do?

In the beginning I initially welcomed a new member. Then he offered the possibility of how to work. Everything has to be done very easy and friendly. That will not back down. Tell him he should also be noted that this is a job for persistent, curious and those who are very keen to. If it is possible to offer him a video where the work is beautifully explained that he looks at him and make him look even easier. This is truly a labor of love.

What would be a better goal and why? Sponsor hundreds of new PSAs every year or teach a smaller number of EAs to each develop EAs themselves?

If you are doing so to gain the greatest possible number of members, you have the task to each write every day how they work. You lead him on the path to reach the level of EA and EA2, then you also had some benefit. You get 100 VP. He also builds forms part of the new members and you lead so that every day look at his page VP Ledger.

Keep your member of your team and aware that only it can move up in business.

So be persistent and enroll new members and leads them!

What are the best products for a 1500 VP Standing Order to maintain EA status that are also useful for your SFI business?

Your job is that every month you have at least five members, who work and achieve 1500 points. If it is less, so much worse for you. You must have at least five to get a solid salary. It is not hard to write people, keep them, just keep it hard. Any thoughts that the earnings overnight, but it is not so. Everyone needs to know that it is working with perseverance and good work you have at least five months, half a year to get a team that works perfectly. Then it's your job to lead them to continue
