Very good question. Not too long ago, I asked myself the same question.
What I came up with was this...
Normally I do very fast my VP actions. But for the rest, I don't have time.
So....I decided this....
1. To go through all the reading on my email (news they sent me and all). Click on the things you are interesting in, read SLOWLY...remember stuff. On my hotmail account I have a map and put all the emails and other stuff from SFI inside, so that when I need it, I can read it again. That way you don't have to browse your computer on what date it was sent to you.
2. Go to FORUM. Click there what interested you the most...read ALL the answers. If you see something interesting, COPY + PASTE. Or put it somewhere you'll always find it (like hotmail account or your computer).
3. After you've done your VP, go slowly once again through it, click on stuff (like TIPS, TC, ECA). Click one by one, read it, learn new stuff.
4. You can also "play" with the black tabs. Click, find what you need, READ...remember!!! and again, if you see something interesting. COPY + PASTE.
Learn slow, read slow, do as many copy+paste as you can, put it in a place, you'll always find.
