How often should I communicate with my Sponsor and Co-Sponsor?

More questions you ask, more often your communication gets!
As for new sign ups before they get well trained by well organized SFI trainig tools,
their communication should be very often.But after they get in touch with the knowledge about SFI business the comunication will decrease cause those who know the business they don't have to ask nobody about anything....
THAT MEANS YOU WILL NOT DEPEND ON NOBODYs HELP AND SPONSORING AS SOON AS YOU GET YOURSELF WELL TRAINED...
WHICH MEANS YOU WILL BE YOUR OWN SPONSOR IN YOUR OWN BUSINESS!!!

The best way of a serious success is to get serious with educating yourself
about the business you want to do!!!
It is simple as that!
SFI offers the best business education ever...
Go trough all them lessons and trainings which SFI offers to you and be PATIENT.
After you get all necessary informations and understand all of the tools and ways of success you should be ready to get to the TOP!!!

What is the best way to convince my PSAs that they should set up a Standing Order?

Greetings to you Zorica. First of all you will have to let them know about the benefits which will come to them along with spending their money on setting up 1500 VP standing order each month!!!They have to know that they will not lose that money which they invest in setting up SO 1500 VP or more!!!
-Let them know about the benefits of having an EA2 status each month!!!
-Let them know about the 10 T Credits they will get each month as a bonus if they have EA2 status!!!
-Let them know they will also get the chance to gain VP's for submitting their questions/answers to Ask SC.
-Let them know about 100 VP's they will get for purchasing SO 1500 VP
-If they buy 200 TC pack as Standing Order they will have 200 TC for biding, buying, picking the prices of the products etc... and many many more benefits coming along with setting up SO 1500 VP.

Is it a good idea to reassign your PSAs to someone in their own country?

My answer is: NOT AT ALL! SFI is an international business and all of us involved in it
should approach it as an international business! I think that the essential
qualification anyone should have before getting into SFI business is international language we call ENGLISH.
It is better idea to encourage your PSAs to get the basics of ENGLISH then to reassign them to someone from their own country.
