How can we reassure our downline to continue their activity with SFI after the recent cyber-attack?

Cyber attacks are nothing new. It is important how the site deals with it. You can tell your downline that SFI has successfully dealt with the present attack and business is back to normal. Only a few issues are remaining which are being attended to. The site has been good enough and the back up team is successfully dealing with the situation. Efforts are also being initiated to prevent future attacks.
What is your advice to those who want to pursue this business but have limited time to invest into it?

Very simple. Get involved.
To start with, somehow find time to score 500 VPs (VersaPoints) in the first 24 hours and get into the 'Fast Track'. Complete 1500 VPs to qualify as an EA (Executive Affiliate) before the end of the joining month. Try to maintain the EA status every month thereafter.
Keep reading and study the vast knowledge base available by somehow finding time and the system will make you want to be active and very serious about this business. That involves understanding the importance of sales/purchase at 'TripleClicks' for 'sales points' and progressing to EA2, BTL (Bronze Team Leader), STL (Silver Team Leader), GTL (Gold Team Leader) and PTL (Platinum Team Leader) by steady work over a period of time.
You will attain financial freedom by then and who would want to quit? I can assure you that you will find time yourself for this great opportunity. Good Luck!

What should an affiliate do if their sponsor is non-responsive?

Hi Friends, honestly there is nothing much an Affiliate can do under such a depressing scenario. The best way out for Affiliates will be to learn by themselves using the enormous amount of materials available on the SFI and TrpleClicks sites. I am doing it and it works.
If you have not rushed through your Launchpad lessons and did it on a day to day basis and is reading Forum materials on a regular basis, you will not feel the indifference of your sponsor.
Is it a good idea to reassign your PSAs to someone in their own country?

Yes and no! It will definitely be a help if you can communicate with your uplines especially Sponsors in your own country. The typical characteristics of the region can be better understood and made clear.
However, you are after all venturing into an international business and why one needs to restrict his business to one's own country? It doesn't seem to be a great idea in that sense. In case of language incompatibility, you can always use the translation facility.
However, transfer facility is a great idea because it is possible that the PSA may start liking the new upline and respond positively. Good for all.

When you are confronted with such a question after you have been successful in the SFI business for sometime, the answer will automatically come from you in a positive mmanner.I can guarantee you about that.
Why I am compelled to write the above is because if you have no genuine answers by then, how did you succeed in this business in the first place.
There is no harm in saying you are into an International Internet Marketing business which operates in more than 200 countries.

How often should I communicate with my Sponsor and Co-Sponsor?

Well there are no VPs awarded for contacting Sponsor/Co-Sponsor, if that is what you wanted to know. However, you stand to gain a lot in acquiring valuable insight into SFI if you are in touch with your uplines.
The SFI online teaching methods are very simple and easy to learn. One needs to have the time and patience to read and study on a regular basis. That's all. Contact your uplines only when you are in doubt.
