Great question. It might be tempting to think that retired people would make better candidates for SFI than homemakers because they have more time on their hands. Some retired people have sufficient income and assets to retire on and some don't. This is not an easy question to answer without doing extensive research to know and understand what the real needs of retired people are.

On the other hand, homemakers are perceived as homebodies and can thus find time outside of their homemaking

Initially, when you start with SFI, might be a good idea to come in the door with a photo so that you can introduce yourself to the organization you will be working with. This is a good way to make friends and business relationships.

As Sponsors and team leaders, the need to uphold a professional image can not be overstated. In addition to communicating with words, we also communicate with our photos—this makes our dialogue more friendly, and personal.

When a new PSA arrives, it's best to extend a personal welcome with a greeting letter or welcoming E-card to introduce yourself, and let them know they have arrived at a good place of business, and that you are there to offer your free services as their sponsor to assist them with any needs they may have.

Also, it is good to follow up with a few more contacts during the first week to share more details about the SFI program and to guide them around the Affiliate Center so they do not get

Greetings,
For starters, do not quit. This is a very important question to be asking ourselves and then to others to get some feed-back from affiliates' experiences.

I have to tip my hat to you for getting through your first year--congratulations! You succeeded in getting this far. You have gained valuable knowledge and experience for free-no college degree needed. This would be a time of reflection and assess what you have done so far. We must keep in mind that SFI is a long-term

Is SFI good for students (18 or older)? Why or why not?

SFI is Great for Students:

This kind of business would be great for students who are majoring in business, advertising, and economics to provide hands on training and a way for them to be aquianted with the business world. But likewise, SFI would also benefit students of any other major who enjoy working online and who are searching for a way to earn.

However, SFI is a longterm commitment to realize any success, and the student would need to be advised by their sponsor of this,

When I first joined SFI, I was somewhat overwhelmed by the many tabs, links and tremendous information available in the Affiliate Center. But I kept remembering what Gery said in the start video: do not make SFI harder then it is; start in SFI Basics and go from there.

New Affiliates should not make the SFI system harder than it really is. There is always a starting point in any new venture, whether it's learning how to write, compose a business blog, or learning a new language. We should

Greetings,

I believe it starts with being a good sponsor who is up to speed in his/her training. You need to believe it yourself that there is potential with SFI & TC before you can begin showing your team affiliates that this is a real time business and not just another fly by nighter.

You have to develop a vision that is comprehensive and where you can see the ups and downs of this business and how to improvise when you don't have what you need at the moment.
