Why is creating duplication in your SFI business important?

Let's look at an example to explain the "Importance of Duplication"
Bob recruited 2 PSAs in the 1st week, 3 in the 2nd week, 5 in the 3rd week and 10 in the 4th week. ****(Bob did not teach his affiliates about duplication)
Therefore, at the end of that month Bob will have a total of 20 members in his team.
Frank is a guy who teaches his affiliates about duplication, therefore his downline will do exactly what he did/does .
Frank also recruited 20 PSAs .... but his Team did not end there.
*****Each Affiliate that Frank recruits has 20 PSAs in their downline.
This means that Frank's team has way more than 20 members.
1st level - 20
2nd level - 400
3rd level - 8000
and so on .......
so you see the importance of Duplication now.
Duplication Removes Limits... and increase your chances for success.
Remember: Two Hands Are Better Than One.

ONE THING that has made the difference for me in succeeding with SFI,is the "BURNING DESIRE" to accomplish the "Next Goal", to accumulate a certain number of VPs by the end of the day.
SFI has made it possible for all of us to "Track Our Progress"; this really initiates a Driving Force which pushes us towards Success.

I believe that you should not use too much of your energy on the "small stuff".
"Work with the workers" ... by doing this you will save yourself the stress of worrying and wondering how to make it happen.
All affiliates are here for the same reason ..
If you have to persuade and encourage your downline to take action which would benefit themselves as much as it would benefit you in the long run ... then that's a sign (You need to upgrade your downline)
I maybe harsh by saying this... but it's a business.
Always remember A Chain Is As Strong As Its Weakest Link....
"You Can Lead A Horse To Water But You Can't Make It Drink"... so don't worry too much about it...
Focus on building a strong team ... not just any team ...but a "STRONG" Team.

I almost gave up on SFI. What did you do to keep pushing forward?

I set small daily goals and pushed myself towards accomplish these goals before the end of each day.
SFI is designed in such a way that you can track you progress easily, so I decided to make good use of the SFI layout for my benefit.
Just Take One Step At A Time... eventually you will reach PLATINUM :D
What should I do when I receive inactive CSAs?

Once you maintain or increase your rank in SFI you will continue to obtain CSAs every month.
I don't think that you should worry too much about it!!!
Reality is ... you will always have inactive CSAs... and eventually you will get active CSAs as well.
You should continue to send them mails but do not expect much from them if they are not working.
You are trying to build a STRONG TEAM... so I suggest that you work with the workers
Do Not Beg People To Join Your Team ... This Might Cause You To Have A Weak Team
If it require too much energy to convert an inactive CSA into an active CSA ... just move on... you will find Active CSAs eventually.
Remember: This Is A Business, Not A Charity.

How do you convince your life partner that investing in your SFI business is prudent?

It's not about convincing ... It's about proving this fact.
Firstly, you should work hard so you'll reach to a point where you can see Successful Result before you get "anyone" involved.
A lot of people need to see to believe ...so you need to show your partner that your SFI business is prudent rather than tell your partner.
If your partner see that you are involved in a successful business, there will be no need for convincing anymore.
Remember seeing is believing for most people...:)
