What would you consider to be too much and unnecessary communication with your team?

To answer this question, we need to consider the category of communication:
If it is an information, NO information that heeds towards your team monetary growth is actually too much, because such information is the key to their FORMATION in SFI.
It can only be considered as too much when You send / post something that does not add to your team quest of making money.

What type of news should ECAs post on their ECA TConnect Page? And who gets to see the news posted?

ECA T Connect page being a pure business page made for your connectors or visitors which happens to be your customers, I think the right type of news needed to be posted are those that would:
1. Tell your connectors and visitors the present info of your business.
2. Advertise your business more.
3. Encourage them to do more business with you.
And NOT personal affections or emotional postings for they show weakness in the business world.
