I think one can write a whole essay on this topic.
No, not an essay, but a whole book... However, I'll
try to keep it more simple and focus on the things that
made, still make and will continue to make me happy and
proud that I am part of SFI. These are:

1. Freedom! Everyone has his or her own freedom, to choose
the way how to create their SFI business. They have the freedom
to choose their own working hours. They have the freedom to
choose the place from where to work, usually our own comfortable
home. They have the freedom to choose their own way, learn from
their mistakes and finally, achieve their goals!

2. Legitimate and Honest Business! All of us know how much scam
there is on the Internet and in the physical world in general.
Here we have the feeling that we not only contribute for our
life and our loved ones, but also for the whole world in general.
I believe that what we are doing with SFI and TripleClicks is holy.
We help business and people sell their products, we help buyers
to find easier what they need and save their time and effort, we
help our downline to improve their lives and finally we help ourselves
live a better life.

3. Income Potential! The potential with SFI is virtually endless! Really,
like that common sentence that we in SFI see it all the time: "The sky is your limit"!
There is no limit. We can build a fortune and become financially independent.

4. Motivation! We all witness how many bad things in this world happen, and how
some people live narrow minded lives, full with bitter, negative thoughts and
emotions and are pessimistic about the future. Not here! Here everyone is positive,
friendly and full with optimism.

5. Last but not Least - FUN! SFI provides us with lots of fun and happy moments.
Winning on a daily grand, receiving free MRPs, CSA or PSA, or even winning a
T-Time Game, leaves a feeling of fulfillment and happiness inside us. I love it!

This question is a "rhetorical question". Observing
how many cheap items and how many expensive items are
continually being sold on TripleClicks tells us that
both options work. The main point is to discover the needs
of our customers and offer solutions to their problems.
Some solutions require more money - expensive products,
some of them can be satisfied with less - some cheap products.
If you already have some products developed, try selling
them. You will best learn the needs of the customers
through experience. If you see that it doesn't work,
change your strategy, make modifications to your product,
offer something else along with it, or change your products
completely. Eventually you will succeed. Remember:

"Winners never quit, quitters never win!"

In my opinion, here's what you can do to engage your affiliates with TripleClicks:

1. Communication. - Make them familiar with TripleClicks, show them the benefits they have if they buy from their own store and explain, why it is good to treat it like their own store, since all the income in SFI, comes from TripleClicks, it's the backbone of our businesses.

2. Become ECA. - Explain that they might use TripleClicks, to sell their own stuff from home if they have something they don't use, or better yet, become ECA and sell their own products to the world with millions of affiliates working for them. It's really not complicated at all to open your store, it takes just few minutes..

3. Pricebenders. - Make sure they understand what Pricebenders is and how this auction works. Also, explain how much they can benefit from it, if they bid smart. There are thousands of affiliates winning valuable products from Pricebenders for silly prices..Also, if they win, they would get an awesome badge on their profile which would make it look more prestigious.

4. T-Time Game. - Show them that TripleClicks can be also fun. Winning free TC Credits is simply a wonderful feeling. They can collect some credits and start bidding to get familiar with the process which eventually, can lead to bigger engagement with TripleClicks.

5. Wave3. - First, become W3 member yourself and explain what this is to your affiliates. Everybody would love receiving free credits and MRP monthly. They would also add one more badge to their profile and make it look more fancy.

6. Last but not Least. - They can use their TConnect page to promote SFI and TripleClicks.

So definitely, they must become active with TripleClicks if they would like to become successful with SFI. And that's a fact. Convey this to them and they will understand it better as time goes by. Soon, they will grasp it and start using it like it's their own store.

Hello,

In my opinion, first thing that we must be clear about is that this is NOT a job
for salary. We are not working for our fixed salary at the end of the month,
but rather we are building a business. Ask your PSAs, if they can name only
one, just 1 successful businessman that has built a successful company without
any investments? There is no such business...Period... They must understand
that what we are doing here, is "investing today"(Both Time and Money) so that
later we would enjoy residual income that would grow month after month.

Now I'm well aware that most of the affiliates don't have much money and are sort of reserved when it comes to giving money for something that doesn't guarantee them return on investment. This is natural... every business requires some sort of RISK. Here is
where SFI comes in the picture: The beauty of this business is that very little investments, gradually, can really help you build highly successful online business that
would not double, but return thousand times of the initial investment. As time goes by,
when commissions will start to roll in, it will become natural for them to invest some
money, because they are not giving from their own pockets, thinking that they are making
profit for their sponsors... It's really not like that at all, they are helping themselves and they must realize that as soon as possible.

So my advice is the following:

1. Lead by Example! - If they see that you do it, eventually they would start do the same because they see it works and that you make money and ROI.

2. Communicate the big picture! - Make sure that they understand the huge potential that SFI offers to the affiliates. Make them understand that the investments they make today, can have a huge ROI in future, unlike any other offline businesses, because the investments here are so much smaller than those in the brick-and-mortar world.

3. Last but not Least! - Cheer up, even if they don't want to do it, don't bother yourself, it will come the time when you will sponsor wiser affiliates that would grasp the potential in SFI and that will be open and willing to invest even more then you expect from them.

Whatever you put more effort to :)Both of them can generate significant amount of income, if you do it right and if you are persistent. In my opinion, the question should be not which one is quicker but rather, what is "the difference between the two" and which one is more stable. I believe the main difference is the CONTROL we have over them. With your PSAs and your team you have more control, you can motivate them, you can duplicate yourself whereas with the ECAs, there's not much you can do, to influence their business practice. It's up to them, how much they will invest in their products, advertising and so on. However, both of them, can bring you a significant amount of income.

I would focus more on building your team first, since it can be more probable that it will stay for the long term, because many individuals are involved.. whereas with ECAs, if they decide to quit and leave TripleClicks, you loose your income stream. If one Team Leader on the other hand, stops working, that doesn't mean that the whole downline will stop along with him or her.

So my suggestion, focus more on team building, but add some additional stream of income with referring ECAs. After you make a stable, unstoppable team, you would have more time to concentrate on recruiting ECAs and finally, to have rest from the hard work, enjoying the monthly income rolling in your bank account :)
