Successful Leaders in SFI do the following things:
1. At First they faith 100% on SFI by acquiring knowledge,they learn the system with the help of Company website, top leaders and line of sponsors and co-sponsor, and clear all the doubt.
2. Duplicate the system to their team which they learn.
3. The also monitor their team to do it
4. They also help others like a2a friends
What would you consider to be too much and unnecessary communication with your team?

Too much communication in not a way to motivate your team, you should communicate with proper guidance with practical thing, You can give one or more positive thing about SFI and also give awareness about happening in global. We must convey thatfuture for new era is only e-commerce which can give us financially freedom.
Why is creating duplication in your SFI business important?

In every field if anyone want success than one should follow the system. Duplication is the way by which, First we learn and than teach to our team.
SFI is not about recruitment only but also learn and teach they way who is following our Great Earner. Without duplication we will not be success at any cost.
