3 years ago I decided to pursue a college degree at the age of 36. In my very first class, on the first day, my teacher told all of us this.. "Everyone has the same amount of hours in every day. How we choose you use those hours are entirely up to us, but if you want to add some thing new to your list of activities in a day; you are probably going to need to subtract something as well ... Great question!!

The easiest answer is.. You always want to make a good first impression.

Remember, you do NOT get the benefit of showing someone your personality or wit; because most of your contact with your affiliates is made through emails and chats via the internet. Right or wrong, people are going to make a judgement call about who you are based on what they see from a photo. If you look professional, they will assume you ARE professional. If you look goofy or funny, they will assume you have nothing to teach them; it's just human nature.

Need prove? Go to your a2a red tab and just look at the pictures. If you had to pick someone to help you succeed with your business, who would you select?

I took it a step further. I befriended over 100 people from different races, genders and countries. I have found that those with a professional picture seem to be the ones who are earning badges and growing their business.

Is it just a coincidence?

This is a great question. Believe it or not the simplest answer is you!! The sponsor/co-sponsor is the only contact most new affiliates deal with. Sure they can seek out up line or look at the a2a forum, but if YOU do not point them in that direction; most will never get that far. SFI offers more tools than people can handle. After you search the entire site, your realize this is a great business opportunity.

The first thing I would recommend is make contact right away. If they are from a different country than you, use google translate to put your message in their language. I normally send it in English and their native language.

The BBB website is another tool you can use to help inform others. Tell your downline to contact them directly.

If you have made money, proof it!! Don't lie, just be honest. If you made $2, then say $2!! Be prepared to proof it though.

The real key is getting new affiliate to make contact with you. The first 72 hours are key. Sharing your story always helps as well.
