What do you do with affiliates who never do anything--despite your constant encouragement and offers of support?

Most of the time the affiliates might not be active or they have not white listed their mails therefore they never get them.
To be honest i had to deal with affiliates like that. The best advise is that do not give up. Give them good information but make sure it is in a clear and easy to understand way because another issue could be the language barrier. The affiliates probably don't understand ENGLISH very well so:
1. Don't give up.
2.Keep instructions simple.
3. and give helpful information.

What type of news should ECAs post on their ECA TConnect Page? And who gets to see the news posted?

ECAs need to post helpful information like:
1) New great products to check out
2) Any new sale or new prizes
3) Make sure that the Affiliates that are partners {Those who should receive your posts} should know the best ways to connect with other people.
4) The best of what the company is doing or what the next step is (Affiliates want to see progress {never forget that}

Information that is way to personal would be irrelevant for example:
Where the people live {Exact location},Family members and so on.
SFI is a business and i think it would be great if it is kept strictly business.
As for other issue that have nothing incorporation with SFI should be out and not discussed
