You can promote Fast-Track 2.0 by concentrating on all the benefits as mentioned by many. You can also tell them about it and say that they are under no obligation to do it, but as their sponsor you need to tell them about all the exciting available stuff.
You can also stress that they don't need to buy something if they can create a sale of $20 that will also count.
The other actions are free and will help them understand the business better.

My personal view is that promoting SFI to your "warm" market meaning your family and friends would be the better way. It is easier to teach someone by showing them exactly what to do.
With global marketing via the internet there are ways to make it more personal like using skype and making a video. Problem is not all your recruits have access to these media.
I would still use both methods because you never know when you strike it lucky and get that diamond.
The most important thing is to get a good understanding of your business so that you would know what to teach your recruits. If you have a good understanding it is very important to start your advertising campaign immediately. Remember you also have your upline for support of your recruits.

There is a wealth of information in the marketing section of the Affiliate Center. You can pick your topics there.
Create a folder where you can save these newsletters to keep record of what you have already told them and add a date so that you can see which affiliates still need the information in the older letters.
Keep it short and interesting rather add links than lengthy explanations. Try to make them curious to have a look at the links.
Inform them of any competitions or rewards you have to offer.

The program offers such a lot for you to improve your knowledge, become independent and help you to plan for your retirement.
Without SFI I would not have any retirement funds. This is my ticket to retirement and it is something everybody can do. It is not difficult to do if you follow the multiple guidelines provided to you for free.

My best tip for winning the Eager Zebra Gold Streak game is to make sure that you go past the "Streakasphere reached" every time that you enter the game. If you are unsure of the answer to the question rather use 1 Tcredit to pass the question and make sure you go all the way to the top of the board. That is my advice, hope it helps!

It take some time to build a team or downline. I would recommend that you first promote TripleClicks.com the store everywhere you can. Start advertising some of the products that you would buy yourself. This way you can earn commission (45% cv) on every referral.
Then focus on your "Online" part of the business. You can start a blog or get your own website where you can advertise using SFI banners with your referral link. The "How to" aspects are all covered in the Training pages. First plan your strategy and reinvest your earnings back into your business until you've grown a good downline.

What should I do with PSAs who do not want to recruit affiliates or otherwise engage in duplication?

I think they are just scared of another scam. Encourage them to stay with the business even if they are not comfortable with marketing. Instead of growing a team at first they can start to promote TripleClicks products. Once they start enjoying the business they will be more willing to promote SFI to strangers and once they achieve some success they can move to friends and family. You need to provide them with a strategy and goals for them to make this happen.

I believe that our success is tied to our actions.
I've been with SFI for quite some time now but find the advertising part frightening. I rely on the recruitment options that SFI and TripleClicks provide like S-builder, PSAs to go and so on. All of these require investment.
I think if I did some more of my own advertising it would be a different story. Try something different from what you were doing for the last year. Instead of buying PSAs try to recruit them yourself. If you were doing that turn it around and see which method is more satisfying.

Should I advise new PSAs to slow down and not qualify as Team Leaders so quickly?

The best would be to make sure your down line knows how it works. It is easy to become TL in the first month with all the action points available. You can advise them in two categories:
1. If they are financially able to make a standing order worth 1500 points each month. They can go for it from the start.
2. If they struggle to make ends meet at end of the month I would advise to first get a team behind you to make up some action points so that they can reach their TL status with out spending too much.
Tell them it is very important to study and understand the concepts of SFI. You don't want to give them any surprises.

Which helps my SFI business the most...playing Eager Zebra games or bidding on Pricebenders auctions?

Good question.
It is a matter of how well you do in each of these the games or auctions. My preference at the moment is leaning toward the auctions. You earn 1 action VP with each bid,5 or 10 MRP per bid and you can also get a PSA after every 50 bids.
It is important to play at least one game per day to qualify for the Daily crown where you can win tokens to play more games.
