Well, don’t we all suffer from this constraint? I know I do. But, and this is the beauty of SFI – it is MY BUSINESS. That means I have total control over what I do, how much I do, and when I do it. Isn’t’ that great!

The real questions are: What is my priority? How important it SFI to me? What am I prepared to do to pursue MY SFI BUSINESS?

Most affiliates who have answered this question “advice” that contacting one’s PSAs and CSAs once a week is sufficient. (I wonder if they say that only because SFI encourages us to do so and rewards us with 30 ACTION VP when we do and I wonder what they response would be if SFI didn’t encourage us in this way.)

Which is the more potentially profitable activity … referring PRMs or ECAs?

Of course we should do both – refer PRMs and encourage ECAs to set up their TripleClicks stores under our SFI ID.

But to answer the question we need to understand the fundamental difference between a PRM (a Personally Referred Member) and a ECA (a E-Commerce Affiliate). A PRM is an individual customer whereas a ECA is a online shop.

Once we sign up a PRM they become our customer for life!

Most answers I have read to this question so far say similar things, basically that I should: -
• Recognise and acknowledge their efforts, and
• Reward them with gifts of various kinds.

I certainly agree with the first part. Yes, I do recognise and acknowledger their achievements. I do this by sending them an E-Card and by mentioning them in my Stream posts and TeamMails.

If you just do the Daily To Do List you will not succeed in SFI.

Please understand what the purpose of the Daily To Do List is. The list is an aid to management and administration. It is not a profit-making activity in itself.

SFI recognizes that most people who sign up as SFI Affiliates are new to running a business, new to internet marketing, and in particular new to the SFI system.

This is what I do: -

1. I continuously put TripleClicks (TC) before my team.

2. My welcome letters include a statement about how central our TC is to the success of SFI – that ALL commissions are derived from TC and that we need to support it.

3. I have a TC section in each of my TeamMails in which I encourage my team to explore TC and to learn something about its products

In 2016 I intend to do the following: -

1. Keep doing what I am already doing in SFI;
2. Increase the number of things that I do; and
3. Change the emphasis of what I do.
