Well, don’t we all suffer from this constraint? I know I do. But, and this is the beauty of SFI – it is MY BUSINESS. That means I have total control over what I do, how much I do, and when I do it. Isn’t’ that great!

The real questions are: What is my priority? How important it SFI to me? What am I prepared to do to pursue MY SFI BUSINESS?

So, how do I handle the “time issue”? I do the following: -

1. First I know when the SFI 24 hour day ends in local time. For example, I am in New Zealand. That means during Summer Daylight Savings Time the clock strikes midnight at SFI Headquarters at 7.00 pm the next evening in New Zealand. I need to remember this so that I can plan to do whatever I have to each day before the clock ticks over and I loose the chance. This is particularly important when trying to gain VP for rank determinations on the last day of the month – but it is important each day too.
2. Knowing this I then make SFI my NUMBER ONE PRIORITY each day. This means I will do whatever I need to do to complete at least my daily tasks. For instance I do any or all of the following: -
a. Get up an hour earlier and do SFI before anything else.
b. Stay up late to do SFI before retiring to bed for the night.
c. Do SFI on my smart phone during the day whenever I have time.
d. Do SFI on my work computer during morning tea and lunch breaks.
e. Do SFI as soon as I get home at night.
f. Give up TV time to do SFI.
g. When I don’t have access to my own computer I ask to borrow a friends or go to the local library or internet café to login.

So far I have never missed a day. Sometimes I only do the minimum (ll action VPs) but, don’t kid yourself that you can grow a SFI business very well by doing that. Nor do I suggest that you make it a habit to only do the minimum. Really you have to be prepared to spend more time – at least an hour a day, anything less and you are cheating yourself.

So it is about priorities and commitment. But I love my SFI business. It is a pleasure to be working in it. Don’t you feel the same way? Hence I don’t begrudge the time I spend on SFI – in fact I get a real kick out of it. I hope you will too.

Most affiliates who have answered this question “advice” that contacting one’s PSAs and CSAs once a week is sufficient. (I wonder if they say that only because SFI encourages us to do so and rewards us with 30 ACTION VP when we do and I wonder what they response would be if SFI didn’t encourage us in this way.)

However I find contacting my PSAs and CSAs (and even my A2A friends) is easy – it’s whenever I wish to and have something to say. The difficulty I have is getting a response. I have 399 people in my team (and 77 A2A friends) but only a few have contacted me. Most haven’t even responded with a “commitment” letter when they join SFI.

So what do I do? New PSAs and CSAs get the welcome letter and when another team mail a few days later that explain SFI briefly, that it is their business, that if they work at it over time they will be successful, and that I am totally committed to SFI, believe in it whole-heartedly and are there to help them in any way I can. I tell them a little about myself and I encourage them to tell me a bit about themselves too. I congratulate them for choosing SFI. That this is THEIR business and that they should work in a way that suits them. There is no rush. And I explain they can grow their business with or without any cash investment – that I am happy to help them either way. I encourage them to log into SFI each day, to read all my Stream Posts and to visit my Leadership Page and read all my Blogs – that I hope each of these will be of help to them as they describe my journey in SFI.

And yes, they do receive a weekly team mail. This congratulates the MOVERS, explains something about SFI such as how to promote a product from TripleClicks, encourages goal setting in SFI and reflecting on one’s achievements, what I have done, am doing and am trying to do. And invites questions and comments, good or bad.

And I have sent out an additional team mail at times to highlight a special issue which one of my team had raised, such as the VP streak vacation, and I give the team member recognition too for raising it.

I do at least three Stream posts each week (so far 10 this month) and regular blogs (so far 12 this month). I don’t really know how they are being received.

And I write separately to each of my MOVERS with advice I hope will help them. Then, when I do get a response or a question, I reply as soon as I can and as fully as I can. Usually I have to research the topic as I want to “get it right”. I even translate a personal team mail into their native language (using translate.google.com), so they get an English version and a version in their own language (but again I don’t really know how well this is being received as no-one has told me yet).

Actually I use any questions I am asked as training opportunities – as a chance for me to “bone up” on an answer and prepare something that I can re-use. These seem to be very well received and of great encouragement to the team member concerned.

I’ve used SFIM Chat a couple of times when one of my team has been online but it is a bit slow, maybe that is because of the language barrier.

To be honest I just don’t have time to try and contact each person individually – does anybody? So I am learning to use the Genealogy Report to “reach out” to specific groups within my team with a specific message to them. I am hoping that over time some of them may become active again.

You know, really it is usually “one way traffic” from me to my team. I’d love to be able to really get to know my team members as individuals but that can only happen when they respond. I am still working out how best to achieve this. In the mean time because SFI offers the TEAM MAIL facility where I can quickly send a message to all my team I do use that on a weekly basis. What a great service this is to us. Everyone gets that message – it’s the least I can do.

Which is the more potentially profitable activity … referring PRMs or ECAs?

Of course we should do both – refer PRMs and encourage ECAs to set up their TripleClicks stores under our SFI ID.

But to answer the question we need to understand the fundamental difference between a PRM (a Personally Referred Member) and a ECA (a E-Commerce Affiliate). A PRM is an individual customer whereas a ECA is a online shop.

Once we sign up a PRM they become our customer for life!
• We earn 45% of the CV (Commission Volume) for all orders that they place at TripleClicks.com;
• And we also earn all the VP (VersaPoints) on that order.

Provided we have become a EA (Executive Affiliate) once we refer a company to our ECA Gateway and they become an approved ECA they also become ours for life! It’s like we have our own online business that is being run and managed by someone else (although we should be always available to help and advice them).
• We earn a royalty of 10% of the CV on all their sales at TripleClicks.com;
• And we also earn all the VP (VersaPoints) on any sale.

A PRM can potentially become very active and buy a lot of products at TripleClicks and do this for the rest of their life – that is what we are hoping for. This will give us a good residual income – Great! But they are only one person and hence have limited purchasing power.

Of course overtime they may decide to become a SFI Affiliate – that would be even better for us because then they could duplicate what we are doing – have their own team of SFI Affiliates, PRMs and ECAs. And in this case their potential becomes unlimited (just as ours is).

But ECA has even more potential. It can sell as many approved products and services as it wants to through TripleClicks to just about anywhere in the world. It can develop its own loyal and growing customer base and other SFI Affiliates can become “connected” with it. (I am currently connected with 106 ECAs.) In effect other SFI Affiliates can become its marketers and help grow the ECA’s sales, for which they earn commissions as well.

A new ECA will also help grow TripleClicks and the bigger it gets the more successful our online Superstore will be. More products and services being offered in more countries helps make TripleClicks more popular – to become a person’s first choice in online shopping. Wouldn’t that be great? And in this case we all win because the EP (Executive Pool) will grow too.

So I think that a ECA is potentially more profitable.

But really PRMs and ECAs are intertwined and interdependent – the more there is of one the more there will be of the other.

Me? I’m just starting out in the PRM and ECA areas. Currently all my PRMs are inactive. And I have a ECA store. I set it up so that I could begin to understand it and I really need to get working on it. In both these areas I have a lot of work to do. BUT I can see the potential and I am prepared to learn and stay around to see that potential realized. In fact I am very excited about it.

So I recommend that you do the same - embrace both the PRM and ECA programs and see where they will take your SFI business.

What are the best ways to show your appreciation for the efforts of your most active affiliates?

Most answers I have read to this question so far say similar things, basically that I should: -
• Recognise and acknowledge their efforts, and
• Reward them with gifts of various kinds.

I certainly agree with the first part. Yes, I do recognise and acknowledger their achievements. I do this by sending them an E-Card and by mentioning them in my Stream posts and TeamMails.

But I also tell them how much I appreciate them and what they are doing, and how glad I am that they are in my team. I think it very important to express this. And I go on to say that I’m really looking forward to working with them together on our SFI businesses. And I offer to help them in any way I can – please just ask!

I’m not so sure that I agree with the second thing that other affiliates mention though – showering them with gifts and rewards. I think that defeats the whole purpose of what SFI is all about. And I think it is even a bit insulting to them. It’s almost like saying, you can’t do this on your own, let me give you a hand out. I know these gifts are given with good intensions but I think they could detract from the positives that your team member is showing and make them dependent on you.

My approach is a bit different. And, I am taking my lead from SFI itself here. Let me ask you a question? What does SFI do when you become EA? Look at your Scoreboard Tab – Under “Rank Qualifications” SFI immediately tells you what you need to do to get to the next level – BTL (for instance). When I saw that in my first month in SFI it REALLY MOTIVATED ME! Here SFI was saying, “Great work, now how much further do you want to go?” In fact, by doing this, SFI inspired me to achieve STL in my first month (whereas my sponsor didn’t think it was such a great idea).

I believe that my movers don’t need a hand out, what they need is to be shown how to be EVEN BETTER, and how to achieve EVEN MORE.

So, that is what I do. I give them individual coaching at their level. I encourage them to progress. I look very closely at what they have been doing to see where the weaknesses and gaps are and I give them very specific advice about what they COULD DO NEXT. (Remember that this is THEIR business not YOURS – so we can only advice not command. And they are ALWAYS free to make their OWN decisions. No pressure!)

I could transfer my PSAs from their country to them but I haven’t. I don’t see the point in giving them a lot of PSAs who are not doing anything. I don’t think that is going to help them. BUT, when I see a PSA from their country working, THEN, I will consider transferring them to my MOVER, if they are happy for me to do that.

So, I become a real MENTOR to them. It’s great! I just love it. And I find it inspires and challenges me too. One of my PSAs has a higher rank than me – HOW GREAT IS THAT? I am just so happy for him.

So my advise is – MENTOR your MOVERS and see HOW FAR YOU CAN GO TOGETHER!

What exactly do you do other than the Daily To Do List to really succeed in SFI?

If you just do the Daily To Do List you will not succeed in SFI.

Please understand what the purpose of the Daily To Do List is. The list is an aid to management and administration. It is not a profit-making activity in itself.

SFI recognizes that most people who sign up as SFI Affiliates are new to running a business, new to internet marketing, and in particular new to the SFI system. So SFI have introduced this list to help us review the most important aspects of our business daily. And they even reward us for doing this.

We can earn 12 free Action VersaPoints (AVP) each day just for ticking each tab. Hence, together with the weekly and monthly lists, we can earn about 500 AVP each month, that’s 1/3 of the VP we need to become an EA (Executive Affiliate) just by FAITHFULLY doing each of these daily tasks.

It’s a great system too because it encourages us to log into SFI each day and spend time looking at every aspect of our business. Those of us who do this, learn the SFI system, become familiar with what is involved in running our own business, and learn about the different aspects of online marketing. So working in our business becomes an essential but enjoyable habit.

No, to be successful in SFI we need to be doing the two things that will generate income for us: -

1. Market (that’s purchasing yourself and selling to others) the products and services in our TripleClicks Superstore, and
2. Grow a team of ACTIVE SFI Affiliates, TripleClick Members and ECAs.

I’ve put marketing first because if nothing is purchased or sold there is no profit (Commission Value [CV]) from which to pay commissions.

Whereas in SFI it seems to me that the emphasis is on signing people up (team building). That is all very well but if they don’t do anything it is a complete waste of time, effort and expense.

So the best piece of advice that I can give you if you want to be successful in SFI is “LEAD FROM THE FRONT!”

By that I mean BUY SOMETHING YOURSELF.
How can you expect to others to buy if you don’t?

If you do that AND each team member does that then you will have a successful SFI business.

Now, I’m not going to give you a list of things to do. There are heaps of these listed in the marketing section of your SFI Homepage. And these will change over time too.

Instead let me give a simple example of the power of us purchasing something from TripleClicks and having a team that duplicates that.

I’ve had a Standard Order (SO) each month I have been in SFI (over 2 years now). The contents of that SO have varied a bit in that time but it has always generated the 1,500 VP I need to become a EA each month. (That’s a pretty basic requirement if you don’t want to loose your CSAs and you want to participate in the Executive Pool [EA].)

Let’s say that the SO is for 1 pack of 125 TCredits. This costs me $36.25 and earns me 1,500 SVP. It also earns my Sponsor a Direct Commission (DC) of $7.95 (and my Co-Sponsor a CSC of $2.65). And let’s suppose that it was the only thing I purchased or sold all month. That’s not working too hard, is it?

Now suppose each of my team did the same thing: -

As of today I have 239 PSAs and 389 CSAs in my team. If each were just to do the same thing I would earn DC of $1,900.25 per month from my 239 PSAs and CSC of $1,030.85 from my 389 CSAs.
That’s a total commission of $2,931.10.

WOW! I’d be so happy if that was to happen each month.

And I see my task is primarily to help my team understand this fundamental principle and to strive to achieve it themselves.

We all want to be successful. Well, this is all we have to do.

Of course, we can apply this principle to all purchases and sales me make; and to any of the activities we do in SFI, such as partaking in EZ Games and in the Pricebenders Auctions. If this principle were extended to all these activities our incomes would grow exponentially.

How do we get this SIMPLE message across to our teams? That’s the big question.

Me? I try and use my Stream posts and weekly TeamMails to encourage my team. And I’m just so grateful to the few team members I have who have grasped this. It’s a start and the “Skies the limit!”

What is the best way to motivate my affiliates to become buyers at TripleClicks?

This is what I do: -

1. I continuously put TripleClicks (TC) before my team.

2. My welcome letters include a statement about how central our TC is to the success of SFI – that ALL commissions are derived from TC and that we need to support it.

3. I have a TC section in each of my TeamMails in which I encourage my team to explore TC and to learn something about its products each day.

4. I explain the benefits of “transfer buying” and give examples of what I do, which is as much as I can (but I am limited by a very restrictive budget).

5. During the 2015 Christmas season I devoted my December Stream posts (some 12 posts) to highlighting selected items from TC and some of the 118 ECAs that I am connected with. I chose low cost items with free shipping and gave the product URLs as well as the ECAs URLs and the product category URLs – each URL included my SFI ID# so that they could see what their URL would look like when they used it to marketing purposes.

6. In my TeamMails I also give them advice on how to rethink their day to day spending so that they can change what they buy and make savings so that they can spend those savings on buying something from TC. And I give specific examples of what I do to save money that I can then invest in my TC. Such things as walking rather than catching the bus. Eat at home rather than buying “takeaways”. Exercise at the beach which is free rather pay to go to a gym. (Etc, etc).

7. I extoll the virtues of using MRP to pay for TC purchases and show them how I have done this myself.

8. I highlight any “3 for 2” deals or specials being offered by an ECA so that they can buy as cheaply as possible.

9. I advise my movers on the cheapest way to buy a product at TC – for instance TCredits. The cheapest in price and those that also give the most VP.

10. I check their profiles and any who say they do have a budget to invest in SFI I encourage them to do so.

11. And for those who have no personal funds to invest I encourage them to sell TC products.

12. Finally I ask my team what problems they are having. Most don’t reply but for those that do I try and help them address their specific issues and encourage them to overcome them. I use what I do as an example. Hopefully by showing them how hard I have to work to overcome my own problems in doing my SFI business they will also find a way themselves. At least them know I understand their situation.

13. And I try and encourage them to take the “long view”. SFT is worth doing. If you can’t start now, plan for the future. SFI will still be there for you then. (Like the purchase of any large item or the cost and time it takes to get an education.)

14. I don’t give rewards, although I was in the (now suspended) CW and TW programs, unless I see some REAL effort. SFI gives rewards enough when we work – and I am always telling my team about the rewards and “freebies” that I receive from SFI, telling them that these are also available to them too, if they work.

What else can I do? And I will be really interested in how other affiliates answer this question.

Am I successful in any of this? Yes and No.

Yes, with my movers. I give them very specific advice and help. And point out ways they can maximize their TC budget. And this is aligned with helping them achieve their monthly goals too. The movers seem to appreciate this.

No, with all the rest. You can’t motivate someone who doesn’t want to do something. You can only help someone when they are prepared to do something. But I keep trying. Hopefully one day the light will go on and I will have another active affiliate.

How do you get affiliates to understand that SFI is a serious business with serious earnings potential … and not just a hobby?

This is what I do: -

1. I “shout it from the rooftops!” I am very up front about stating this. And I continually do this because I want my team to be totally aware that SFI is for REAL and a GREAT business opportunity.

It is in ALL my various welcome letters. An example of what I include in my welcome letter is: -

“I am VERY SERIOUS about SFI. SFI will be my main source of income in the future. I have been in SFI since August 29, 2013 – over two years now and I LOVE IT. You can check me out at my LEADERSHIP PAGE.

AND I am looking for a TEAM LEADER to head up my team in YOUR COUNTRY.

2. And it is in all my TeamMails. I try and vary it from TeamMail to TeamMail but in essence this is what I say: -

3. I also use the following “Catch Phrase” at the bottom of ALL my letters too: -

4. And I also give them examples of the earning potential of SFI.

For these I choose just one item from TripleClicks that I purchase each month – say one pack of 125 TCredits and I show them how much commission my sponsor and co-sponsor earn from that purchase.

Then I show them how much MY commissions would be each month if ALL my team were to just purchase that ONE product. Let’s just say that it is a very “living wage!”

Finally I show them the “break even” point. That’s where my commissions become more than the cost of my purchase – in this case you need just 5 PSAs buying one pack of 125 TCredits each to get your money back.

Does what I do work? Yes and No.

Yes, with my movers, it does. They seem to get it and I work very closely with them and give very specific advice and help.

No, with all the rest. Well, it is hard to say, because they don’t get back to me. But sometimes I see that one of them has logged into SFI again, after an absence of some time. They may not do anything but they are still looking. Perhaps they do read my TeamMails and one day they will be motivated enough to respond – That is my hope. And then I can really help them.

Where are the best places and what are the best ways to get answers about SFI?

I always go to the SOURCE first – that’s SFI. I want the official facts about my query, so I want to know what SFI says about it first. So, I do the following: -

The glossary gives a very brief definition, usually just a sentence or two. This is really good because it gives you the correct definition. It is well worth remembering these, so that you fully understand them and don’t get confused. And the Glossary usually also refers you to another page for more details.

For example, suppose you wish to learn more about the team-building bonus program “Bid & Build” (a good choice currently as the details have recently changed). Go to

Be sure to study these details carefully. You should find everything you need to know about the topic here.

For instance in the above “Bid & Build” example two major changes have been made in version 2 of this program which effect how you need to play the game to maximize the benefits. (I think the increased limit of 4 PSA’s per auction is a great idea but I’m not so sure that the restriction that you must make your 50 bids in the one auction is an improvement over the previous rule where you could earn your 50 bids over multiple auctions and multiple days. I’ll be writing more about this later in the Forum.)

I find the Glossary very useful. In fact in preparing an ASK SC answer I would probably refer to the Glossary a number of times (just as I am doing here).

The second thing I use the Glossary for is to check whether an answer submitted by an affiliate to an ASK SC question or a Forum post is actually correct. You have to be very careful before you rely on a ASK SC answer or a Forum post because it is only another affiliate’s opinion or understanding – it is not the official answer.

Yes, this is the page that opens first every time you login to SFI. And usually the ALERT Tab is the page displayed. This tab is AWESOME! On this page SFI lists everything they consider is important to bring to my attention TODAY. For instance it lists the following: -

My VERSAPOINTS total for the month so far - so that I don’t miss my targets for rank and commissions for the month.

Note: I also receive the latest NEWS in my email – so I don’t even have to login to SFI to receive this. (SFI does everything it can to keep us up to date with what is happening at SFI.)

I really recommend that you find the time to read, study and understand the latest news items on the day they first appear as these may really impact on your business and SFI often rewards the “early bird” in such ways as a new badge or other reward.

3. The twelve RED or GREY TABS across the top of my SFI Homepage are the next place I visit to keep up to date with SFI. It is under these tabs that SFI points us to the most important things we need to do to keep “on top” of our SFI business on a DAILY basis.

These are extremely important because by carefully attending to these we can also gain over 20% of the VersaPoints (VP) we need to attain the rank of Executive Director (EA) each month. I give these TABS my top priority.

We should always to searching for new “transfer purchase” products, products and ECAs that we can market, new deals that we can benefit from, Pricebender Auctions that we can participate in and market, games we can play, music we can enjoy, and WAVE3 membership benefits we can market. We should also be looking for new products and ECAs that we can introduce to TripleClicks, thus making it even better. Really with TripleClicks as a source of information we are only limited by our imaginations!

6. The SFI website is HUGE! To make it easier for us to find the information we want SFI has conveniently grouped information under twelve relevant tabs (white writing on black background) across the top of our SFI Homepage. These are: - Home, Hot Spots, Income, Marketing, Reference, Training, Power Tools, Leaders, Miscellaneous, Support, My Account and TripleClicks Tabs. It will pay us dividends if we familiarize ourselves with these links.

I also think you shouldn’t do any of the following without first checking the above sources of information: -
1. Ask your sponsor, co-sponsor or other up-line.
2. Submit a question to the Forum.
3. Submit a question to Support.

The reason I say this is because each of us should be responsible adults and not lazy. SFI has spent thousands of man-hours and dollars and gathered information from experience and research over 16 years in preparing the SFI websites. They contain SFI’s considered “best” information. We dismiss it lightly at our own peril!

AND it is in our own best interest to get to know the SFI websites intimately. They are a gold mine and we are never going to “make it” if we are too lazy to “dig” for the gold.

AND we can’t rely on others to “spoon” feed us. That is not what an entrepreneur/businessman does.

AND we should want to represent ourselves to our sponsor, co-sponsor and up-line as serious, intelligent, hardworking and committed SFI businessmen and women – not someone looking for a “handout”. So do your homework first. Then they will be only too willing to supplement your knowledge and guide you.

What will you do differently in 2016 to grow your SFI business?

In 2016 I intend to do the following: -

1. Keep doing what I am already doing in SFI;
2. Increase the number of things that I do; and
3. Change the emphasis of what I do.

Let’s look at these three things more closely.

1. Keep doing what I am already doing in SFI
I will keep doing all the daily, weekly and monthly actions that I can. I will maintain my SO and keep encouraging my team with Stream posts and TeamMails. And I will keep learning and applying the SFI system to my best advantage.

In 2015 that included achieving the highest Team Leader rank that I could within my budget and the activity of my team. And I continued to do that until the end of December 2015. And by doing so I again attained the rank of STL in December and my team will grow by two shares of the Second Home CSAs in January 2016. I am hoping that in doing this I will receive some real gems among those Second Home CSAs.

2. Increase the number of things that I do.
I’ve done well in SFI just consistently doing all the simple things in that I can in SFI. In fact if all my team of 700+ PSAs and CSAs just did the same and had a SO of 1,500 VP I would be receiving over $2,000.00 per month in commissions. And let me just add here that all this is possible without doing any personal marketing, either to my warm market or on the internet of through social media. (I am not good at these things - so this will be one area in which I will be doing more of in 2016. I have to break my inertial to marketing!)

Unfortunately almost all of them don’t see the vision of SFI that I do or, for whatever reason, just refuse to do anything. So for me to grow significantly I NEED TO DO MORE AND CHANGE MY EMPHASIS.

So I am going to: -
(i) Start marketing – first online. I want to be able to show that I am earning consistent and growing commissions each month before I do anything big with my “warm market”. My warm market, including my family, is so skeptical and negative that I can’t break into it without first showing them solid, concrete evidence of my success. ($50 per month, my current level is just not sufficient.)

And this will be a huge learning curve for me. It’s something I WANT to do but that I keep PROCRASTINATING about. (It’s one of my weak links.)

(ii) I will reactivate my Co-op and share affiliates through it with my team. I’m still deciding how best to do this but will probably start by re-starting my participation in S-Builder. I stopped using S-Builder because I thought the results didn’t justify the expense (I am on a very tight budget because I don’t work.) But in 2016 I am rethinking that strategy. One thing S-Builder does is give my TripleClicks Members and hence WAVE3 membership.

(iii) I will reactivate my ECA and get as many products into it as I can and once I have got that working well I will do a major marketing campaign to recruit more ECAs. I see ECAs as a major growth area in SFI.

(iv) I will also start to use the members listings and to get started with the Music centre.

(v) I am also starting to address two other major weakness I have that is slowing down the growth of my SFI business – the use of social networks and the production and use of visual marketing and training aids. I’m not strong on Facebook and need to learn how to get the best advantage I can in marketing SFI through that. And I am beginning to use video clips – I hope that if I can develop some training video clips it might help my team learn and get working in SFI.

Let me just add here – these are not “pipe-dreams” or “wishful thinking”.
I have already started to begin doing each of these things.

3. Change the emphasis of what I do.
I will need to change my emphasis as SFI evolves if I wish to continue to apply the SFI system to my best advantage. A case in point is the change in the qualifications for team leader. My current team’s activity will allow me to continue to attain the rank of BTL in 2016 but for me to get back to my current rank of STL as quickly as possible I will need to help two EA2 become team leaders.

Because it is a “numbers game” to do this I will need to sponsor more PSAs. In 2015 I had been content to grow my PSAs through “Bid & Build” wins. But that alone will not supply enough PSAs for me to find the few “diamonds” I need who are prepared to take SFI seriously and to work in their SFI businesses.

So I changed my strategy as soon as the new TL qualifications were announced. While I will continue to grow my PSAs through “Bid & Build” I have also began to sponsor more PSAs. In December I sponsored 20 through an ECA. That was all I could afford and even then I paid for them with MRP.

My goal in 2016 is to get back to STL again as soon as possible. To do that I need two BTLs. Hence I will reduce what I spend on TCredits and increase what I spend on recruiting PSAs – the only limit being my budget.

I also plan my budget up to three months ahead. This gives me sufficient forward thinking to maximize what I should do NOW to achieve my longer term goals and make steady progress. Within this plan my budget is dynamic and I change what I do and when I will do it as my circumstances change – for instance if a PSA goes EA2 or BTL that helps a lot, whereas if he doesn’t and falls away, then I have to do something else to compensate. Similarly with the many wins I have in SFI – those are always very welcome but cannot be relied upon.

What is the best way to learn how to become a successful online entrepreneur?

It’s quite simple really. It’s the same way you learn to be successful at anything. (And here I am talking to myself too. In fact I still very much need to learn how to become a successful online entrepreneur. So in a way by writing this answer I am preparing a plan for myself to follow.)

Right, here are some steps to consider: -

1. Choose your online vehicle:

We have already done this – its SFI. And how LUCKY are we to have found SFI?! I’m now in my third year in SFI and I love it. It’s a proven platform where we are given everything we need to succeed.

SFI IS ALL WE NEED! Don’t forget this. SFI is our STRENGTH. (In comparison I am the WEAK link in the journey towards my successful online entrepreneurial business.) NEVER forget this. There is no need to also have another online business, so don’t get sidetracked. In fact how could someone find the time to work two online businesses? NO! Stay focused – SFI IS IT!

WHEW! Being part of SFI is one major hurdle we have crossed. Thank you SFI. Now how do we make the most of it?

2. Use what SFI has:

Read, study, learn, apply, do, review and adapt. REPEAT these steps continuously and don’t SKIP any.

And TEACH them to your TEAM.

This is the way to become proficient and successful.

And start with SFI. Exhaust the resources in SFI before you go looking elsewhere. There is still so much in SFI that I need to fully digest and apply to my situation and circumstances.

Remember, appreciate and USE just what SFI gives us FREE - Marketing training and resources, websites, regular communications and news, continual research and development, forum, 24/7 support, business administration and order processing, recognition and rewards, progression and encouragement, communication vehicles with our downline and upline, genealogy, and help with daily, weekly and monthly planning. In fact with the new Designated Diamond Program gives us precise planning stretching out to at least 5 years.

3. Pay particularly attention to: -

a. The rules of success
b. The internet training modules
c. News
d. Income support – Compensation Plan, The Plan, Benefits Chart and the Earning Calculator
e. Marketing Methods and Aids
f. Gateways

Actually everything on the SFI and TripleClicks websites is relevant to our success. The above is just a few of the most important parts.

4. Understand the central role TripleClicks plays in our success.

All profits and therefore commissions come from TripleClicks so we must learn as much as we can about how TripleClicks works, use it ourselves and promote it as much as possible. The potential is huge.

5. Understand ECA, have one yourself and promote ECAs as much as you can. Again the potential is huge.

The above things will help us become successful online entrepreneurs. But the final factor is OURSELVES. I can’t emphasis this enough.

An entrepreneur has certain attributes that we need to learn. These are: -

The desire and willingness to do something new and different.
The perseverance to keep going, to overcome obstacles and failure.
A long term, never quit, never say die attitude.

Entrepreneurs never give up and never accept defeat or listen to “nay-sayers”.
They are always confident and optimistic.
