How can you keep your downline from quitting and giving up on SFI?

If anywhere you find a business opportunity with a better support told me, while you do not have SFI is the best. So think again before a final decision.Ask people who know your sponzos and upline, do not listen to people who live from paycheck to paycheck because they do not know anything about our business. Guessing leads to failure, only faith leads to success.
How do you get your affiliates engaged and conversing regularly with you?

It is important to regularly hear and talk about things that are not necessarily related to the job. Remember that people find it easier to talk with a friend. If you experience that will open, and this is the moment you've been waiting for. Now have you experienced as a leader, and only now they can talk about work. Now your words have the power and reach them, and you do not talk to the wind.
And something else, perhaps most importantly, do not end the conversation with job. If you do that every time it will start to avoid you. Always done cheerfully and with a greeting. If you have not done anything but your man burning with desire to see you again or hear you are a true leader. For a true leader never itself does not close the door,for it is a man every potential gem.

The word itself is a leader helps to explain a lot, though not a true leader if the result is purchased. Build and lead a team means to be a leader, and it's true. However, only the person who worked on it can lead others. If you do not know anything about business and includes new affiliate will quickly disintegrate it.
Therefore, an experienced leader did not forget the basics, start, FAST TRUCK and everything else to help new affiliates who just starting. If you are successful leader must have a sense of support, when you send team-mail and when to send a private message. Sometimes I let it stronger with a bit of your effort, because the point is to create new leaders, not sheep.

To understand you have to know a little history, because everything is repeated in cycles. Smart people recognize the beginning of a cycle and earnings on each.

You do not even need a lot of people. Yes, you need only five people under him that never again would have to work.
