First thing, they willingly joined SFI, and before doing it, they were told of the good benefits they can earn therein. And they knew that it's not by staying idly that they are going to build a second income. Second, they had to have in mind that to get along with goals which can take you to your main achievement, they have to need help from others, because nobody can get successful without others' support. Finally, you go using all the methods given by the experienced SFI Leaders, and deal with those idly Affiliates, using encouraging mailing messages, even wake them up, so that they understand why they joined SFI, and chose to earn their living standards as expected. There is a lot to do to encourage them the ways our sponsors, and co-sponsors did for us.

When speaking about leaders, first thing it means they are those who have under their supervision peoples, and they administer those. Though, leaders, by experience, are also who began learning from other leaders, acquired knowledge, and put it in practice. They then made their way to learn more, read more, and apply all the principles they got during their ascension up to the top rank. As a fact, they must apply the same pinciples, and everything they received as a gifdt from those who dedicated for their formation, to build new leaders, and lead them the same way the passed through. Of course, the principles may not be the same, in their way making the progress, everyone can find his/her own ways how to hande things. But, all the principles acquired in different ways must converge to the same goal, building, and promote other leaders, so that the compagny can become strong, and being surrounded by many leaders, which is a successful experience in the satisfaction of that company. This is a critical question, mainly when you have as partner a woman, who is the most fond of money. First thing a mentor is someone you want to protect, guide, help, and assist in whatever way you want him/her to succeed in something he/she logs for. SFI Business is an open example for those who are determined to earn a solid income, and improve their living standard, or become wealthy. You can't find mentors for SFI, they are there waiting you to receive them from SFI's provision, or displayed for pricebender auctions for purchase on the form of PSAs/CSAs. Among those, you can, when you build your team of active affiliates, find some who are interested to be taught, and led in the ways they can become more efficient. In such ways, they will help you also to earn commissions from the sales, the purchases they do. But, they must, as mentors, and in other name PSA/CSA, follow your advice, and instructions you give them. You are their leader, of course. Thanks.
