Hi Michael,

What I do know, having been part of another MLM business, is that for you to be successful in your business, you have to take control. You have to make it your business to learn everything about the company you have joined. Do not get into the habit of relying on your Sponsor to guide your way.

I look at it this way:

When people signup as affiliates, they had been in the process of researching a way to improve their current situation - whether it is financial or not. Sometimes people are not really looking for a financial change, but a change to get out of the current rut they are in or to change careers. We cannot know the individual circumstances of each affiliate. However, we should continue to offer encouragement and support until your affiliate requests

To be a successful Leader, in any business, not just SFI, you need to figure out your "WHY".
Exactly what do you want out of life?
Picture yourself 5 years from now and see if you can picture your ideal life? Then ask yourself these questions:

1. What experiences (Holidays, travel etc.) or Objects (house, cars etc.) would you like to have?
2. What new skill would you like to learn or how do you want to grow?
3. How would you contribute to the World?

Stephen, thanks for this question.

I have only been with SFI for 5 months, so not a complete year. However, what I have learnt is for things to change in my life, I have to make those changes. I must focus on one aspect at a time, get to grips with it and not let anything or anybody distract me from achieving my goal.
