The biggest difference is freedom. No director, no boss, no office hours.
And that's a big difference compared to other companies ... and that's why I like SFI.
I love working when I want and as much as I want.
Using the cell phone, drink coffee and listen to music,
Participate in auctions and sweepstakes.Hang out with wonderful people and I make money.
This is a great company and I just love to do their job ... that's the difference .... like something is being done.

Try to explain them that if they duplicate all your knowledge they received from you and if they do everything like you , only than can also reach your level, status and rank and be successful like you.Say tham it is actually a duplication that brings profit and success in this biznis.
Hope I help you.

I think it's good to add family members to SFI only if non-living with you at home.
If you live together you shere the IP address and it is not allowed.
And if you are separated then it is good because you can advise, give him instructions for further progress and any time they need assistance you can hear by phone or talk in person.

Your example will be the right policy for its success.

Hope I help you with my answer.
