Do something with affiliates who do something, and do "nothing" with affiliates who do nothing.Sounds fair enough isn't it?Well I personally believe everything starts with our perception and there shouldn't be like a prescribed way of handling inactive affiliates for almost everyone of us.Why?..Because there are so many variations and levels of this inactivity and also our standing as sponsors.

Some affiliates are insecure, some are scared of being scammed, some are lazy e-mailers,

Good question. I would say it all depends on the relations. If you have tense, strained and struggling relations with your family, it may not be a good idea, however you can be strategic if you wish to help your family with the new gold mine(SFI) you have just discovered.

By being strategic I mean check your timing and approach, many good ideas have been taken as nonsense simply because they were brought up when there is a crisis or when the prospective members are going through challenges-where

This one sounds like the motto of SFI. Many responses to this question will normally state what S.F.I stands for, who the owner of the company is, for how long the company has been around and what it has achieved and the beauty of everything you will get if you join.I feel however there are other fundamentals that need be considered to get maximum rewards out of it.

There are many reasons why people get/may want to be engaged into certain types of business. The world is in a recession,

To avoid disapointment, further educate yourself as a leader to become an awesome sponsor/leader.They say if you were educated yesterday, and don't read today ,you will be a fool tomorrow. The task of leadership is so crucial you can't afford to be foolish or keep making stupid mistakes. Its a position that needs more than trial and error.

There are situations where affiliates simply qualify by versapoints to leadership positions without studying to get prior knowledge they will need to

This question sounds more like the one asked earlier about of helping affiliates not to quit. The problem here is, this is not a measurable situation, whereby we can make a calculated guess or move. Much has and is still being done by sponsors to keep affiliates active or make them stay however the outcome has been and is still a matter of being lucky. Here is what I mean, whether affiliates, are PSAs,CSAs and whether you won them , bought them or sponsored by coops or other means, non of these ways

The world economy is going down and as such several companies scale down almost daily with very little or no pension benefits, so investing in your SFI business is like setting a pension scheme for the future of your children or loved ones, that will never run dry.

We all know that SFI is not get rich quick game but as the days , months and years go by ; bit by bit you will be accumulating some money to help you in the future.Even if your company dismisses you without anything you may

I need a mentor. What's the best way to find a mentor for SFI?

Usually a mentor would be someone more knowledgeable than you or rather more experienced.Your sponsor may be a suitable candidate or those in your lines but it may not always be possible to find them available, I mean they may be having many more people that they personally mentor. In that case, check with SFI rules first if you have a criteria to follow or ask the support desk if you are allowed to do it your own way and then go ahead and follow procedure; if you are free to choose, my advice is

For me too much may also have to depend on certain factors. The problem with a down line is that they may not necessarily be the same class or joined the same time and so being in different needs at the same time when you are trying to communicate with them maybe as a group. For affiliates who have just joined and are inexperienced newbies, it may be necessary to frequent them as some maybe facing real hardships like failing to see where to get versa points, having too much information to absorb and
