The best way to build a team is:

1. We have to make them understand that the work will be done by the team and we all cooperate each other in the work.

2. We have to always stand beside them, so that whenever they need any help they can contact.

3.Continuous follow up with the team, as sometimes in the team we get sleeping member also.

4. Always send a boost up mail to each member.

5.One to one session with the member about their performance.

6.To have a group session through "GO TO MEETING"

7. Always boost up the team with an incentive or contest.

8 Everytime welcome the new member in the team and give a brief introduction to the other member about him/her.

This is a very good question.And in marketing it is very tough to get stick on one place but if anyone gets stick then there is vast opportunity to go up.

First of all we have to make our affiliates to understand what is SFI and what are the advantages doing this business.

For this we have to keep on communicating with them twice in a week, it has to be very often on starting of the business or for the new joiner.

We all know that "monkey see and monkey do" which needs to follow in this business.

We have to make them understand now a days doing business and being a successful business person is very tough. But in SFI we have the know-how and now we have to just move forward that's it.

So the communication is must to keep the affiliates active.
