OK...I will add my piece of wisdom to this brilliant question:

Firstly,
Acknowledge that YOU ARE A BUSINESS WITH A TEAM...and GET buy-in from your TEAM Members
- make sure that ALL including your PSA's AND your CSA's know that they are in a Team (if possible highlight who the Team members are)
- highlight the TASKS of the TEAM (even if it includes doing their daily tasks) and FOLLOW-UP on completed tasks by asking via the Mailer if All are on the same page
- encourage those Team members that are lagging behind (even encourage Team members to get hold of each other) THIS IN ITSELF BUILDS TREMENDOUS TEAM SPIRIT

Secondly,
BE THE TEAM LEADER
- take the reins and steer the Team to where you want them to go and communicate this honestly
- plan for your Team (let them know that they have direction and you are there to give them that

Thirdly, yet not finally (as more can be added as your Team gets spirit and grows)
LEAD BY EXPERIENCE
- direct your Team to the safest places that YOU Yourself have experienced that will give them confidence
- guide them with HONESTY and REALITY...Do NOT exaggerate and build unfounded expectations in YOUR TEAM

Here is a twist: instead of the question SHOULD we recruit family...WHy don't you make it a FAMILY business, especially if you have a big family.

Who are the first people who assist you if there is a problem, either with finance or personal problems? FAMILY

So...Sign up your family members and assist them to get started imediately, then encourage them to do what they do normally and monthly:

Family have to buy products monthly...direct them to TripleClicks
Family like to have fun...direct them to Pricebenders
Family invest their savings...direct them to SFI (they can invest in their OWN business)

There is NO Question about it...FAMILY should be members of YOUR Business...KEEP THE MONEY IN THE FAMILY...

Sorry to answer a question with a question, however this question begs another question: ARE YOU A GOOD LEADER AND WHAT MAKES YOU SAY SO?

In my opinion:
A great Leader is someone who sets an example that people want to follow, actually, people are COMPELLED to follow.

A Leader who:
* is not afraid to LEAD and take control (Will try new things and give honest results to the Team)
* is HONEST and TRUSTWORTHY (Their advice is trustworthy)
* HAS a Team to lead (create a TEAM, treat ALL your Affiliates as TEAM members)
* allocates tasks to TEAM members and is NOT afraid to do those same tasks - LEAD BY EXAMPLE)
* is not afraid to admit when they have made a mistake (we do NOT know everything)
* is not afraid to take advice from Team members (look through team members eyes)
* is decisive (make decisions and show others to do the same)
* is teachable (learn and keep on learning - its how we grow)

These are just a few Leader characteristics in my opinion, and there are some that are born leaders and others that can be taught to lead.

Just getting this information through to your Team members and being approachable will definitely build trust in YOUR Team. If you have definite GOALS, then people will follow and will TRUST you, as people will WANT to follow if the GOALS are attainable and attractive.

SFI has everything available to be able to be an exceptional LEADER, just go through and find ALL the information and show it to your affiliates and they will TRUST you.

I would say and in my experience: "What goes around, comes around" the Circle of LIFE.

Duplication is just that, what you do show someone else to do. THIS is very powerful because IF you fail and you have someone duplicating what you do, then THEY will fail.
Step in SFI, ALL the tools are there for success, therefore, before teaching duplication, Learn WHAT to DUPLICATE and then pass this onto your downline.

If you have learnt WHAT to duplicate, it will mean that you will be successful, therefore you would have your downline ASKING you what to do, then you can explain DUPLICATION and its importance as then your downline will be more susceptible and open to learning your success.

This will go around and then come around, as you learn more duplication the higher up you go...have an open mind for learning because your downline may discover something worth DUPLICATING.
Hence the CIRCLE and NOT the pyramid.

Just my opinion.

Have FUN...Duplicate FUN, it is what relaxes everyone enough to be successful.

The quick answer is: "They (quick successful affiliates)work at it daily with dedication"
This allows them to learn the system quicker and put it ALL into practice. There is so much in SFI that if you are not logging-in daily, you will not learn the system quick enough to start making the money or be successful in the shortest possible timespan (which, if you are talking about WEALTH, is approximately 3 years).
Alternatively, you can go at your own pace, slower, but it will take much longer to be successful.

The BOTTOMLINE is: FASTER or SLOWER...with SFI you WILL be SUCCESSFUL if you DO NOT GIVE UP.
