To be the best affiliate possible you need to be persistent, positive and tap your personal power by never giving in to doubt, harness unbending intent focusing on you and your teams success. Believe you can and you will, say over and over "I will, I am, I can I must" re-enforcing and re-programming your positive mind set.

Give incentives and reward your team unconditionally without expecting anything in return. Shower them with gifts and show expressions of appreciation, gratitude and thanks with that attitude you will go a long way, all the way to the top.

Convince and should, you really need to shift your mental awareness and question consider changing convince to motivate and should to will your question would read "What is the best way to motivate my PSAs that they will set up a standing order?" so there is your answer.

You motivate there will that is what sales in all about. A reason to live, love beauty and yes desire. Reward give incentives. Indulge me and imagine for a moment say; every month the fist 10 of your team affiliates gave their first 10 PSA $2 Gift Certificate for fast tracking with a link to the W3 program mentioning that when they become EA you will give $5 to use at there own shop Triple Clicks. Then mentioning if next month they become EA2 you will gift them 10 T Credits, then you mention you will duplicate SFI once they achieve BTL you will give them bronze bonus of $10 Gift Certificate.
