What is the best way to build a TEAM--with true team spirit--in SFI?

Hi!
My strategy is ALWAYS TO BE POSITIVE!
First you must lead them ... be the one they will admire!
Work hard, be there for your team... be an example, be the one they would want to be!
Make them feel successful in this job,
use words like GREAT JOB, You did it, You are a leader!
Your team must feel happy... an than so will you :)
Wish you success with your positive team!

It's so simle - make DUPLICATIONS !!!
This are my rules for success:
1. Build a team that will fallow your steps
2. Become a Team leader
3. Make a SO for 1500VP
Lead by example! Be there for your team, help them to become Team Leaders ....
If your PSAs go by your steps - you will succeed !

thanks for this unique and great question!
Well my greatest challenge was my third month ...I didn't have any VPs from my VP ledger.... so I was in fear how will I confirm my EA status. But I was lucky that I had a great team leaders that help me overcome it, and show me how to work.... so not only that I confirmed EA2 , but I become BTL for the first time.... It was WOOOW, that feeling I will never forget ...
If you have the same problem, I can say from my own experience :
build your team from the start, help them succeed and you will be successful too!

How do I get my downline to focus on duplication? How do I explain the importance of duplication to them?

It's very easy...
everything that we read and learn from SFI leads to that...
just show them links where they can read about it.
It is simple as it is writen here in SFI BASIC:
1. Become an Executive Affiliate (EA) and remain an EA every month.
2. Recruit five affiliates
3. Teach your five affiliates to do these same three steps.
Also show them Comp plan and earning calculator.
That will show them the power of duplication.
