Thank you for these wonderful question.
My answer is yes, our family members should be recruited in SFI. All they need is conviction because trust is there already to follow you. Friends/colleagues will be interested and will join but you can only get 45%-50% from them but your family gives their all (100%) as long as you are trustworthy and the conviction is there. SFI also encourages it too because they know that having your family behind you, helps you build a strong future ahead. Be transparent and honest and teach them the robes and they will give it their all.
Hope i have helped in answering your question?

Hi Gabrielle,
Every one has the ability to be a leader. A good leader is one who place his team avove him and carries every one along.
When a baby is born, he first crawl before walking and then running, it's same for a leader. You have to learn and master a thing before you can teach others unless you make a mess of it all.
Gery carson, the foundee of SFI knows how to create a true leader and gave out lots of tips on how to sponsor, duplicate and retain your affiliates. He knows it's not easy but if you follow all the tips he gave on how to be a good sponsor then you will definitely be a good leader.
Learn to listen to your affiliates and know what their problems are, don't be in a hurry to offer advice but first listen and later advice. Everyone likes to know he or she has a listening leader than one who just sends out team mails and never cares to know his downlines.
Wish I helped to answer your question dear!
See you at the top!
Cheers!

Why do some affiliates find success with SFI in just weeks, while for others it takes months or years?

I have noticed that in business, we have two types of people. Namely, the movers and the lukewarms. We have on one hand, people who understand things easily and puts it into use and builds their business and it yields results while on the other hand, those people who no matter how well you explain things to them, they will understand it alright but will slowly work on it. These two set of people will get to their desired goals eventually but will lose or gain while getting there. SFI has given us all the guidelines and business tools to work with, all we need is to apply it and see it working for us too as it did for many including the founder of SFI, Gery carson.
The power tool of duplication is the key to success in Sfi and many sponsors/co-sponsors are not doing their work by teaching those under them to duplicate them. Selfishness is not allowed here because you can not work and eat alone here. You need others to grow or you remain stagnant. If you are doing well as a sponsor in your own field then relate all you do to others and they will take it from there. You just have to be dedicated and committed totally to your business and ask questions always and you will see that it will take only a short time and you will see success knocking on your door.
I hope, my answer was helpful?
